Last Iron Banner - Attn Bungie
Just wanted to give a nod to Bungie on this last iron bannerr, I thought it was much improved from the first new attempt. The grind actually felt worth it this time as the reward system was much more plentiful thus making the whole exp. feel a lot less like a grind. I also have to give a big thumbs up to this new system that breaks up teams that are way to unbalanced in an attempt to give everyone a better chance of getting a win here and there, esp. for those who are running solo and found themselves in a poor team assemble/dynamic.

As a player that levels all 3 toons during the banner, I strongly feel the same way. I loved it. the changes made felt more like an event and less like a grind. I am giving bungie my new emote for free! *APOCALYPTICx77 "tips hat"

I agree... they got a lot wrong lately, but IB was not one of them. Rewards were awesome. Thank you Bungie. Now go a little easier on shotguns.. nerf range maybe.. not reload and movement speed.. that is just heavy handed and punitive

I'm not even going to glance at cosmos replies cause I'm sure it's mainly hateful. Anyways I think bungee killed it this time around with iron banner. I loaded up on loot and had a blast. Thanks op for posting something positive.

2 답변I also agree this Iron Banner was a very positive and rewarding experience. I enjoyed Clash, the reward system, and the overall gaming experience. I am not a dedicated raider and I'm a mediocre PVP player - but I don't mind putting in time and effort. In year one, Iron Banner was a way for someone like me to have access to higher level year, and I'm pleased to see it is a way to do so once again. I also like that Iron Banner continues to be 6 vs. 6 team tactics. In the future it might be fun to have an Iron Banner that randomly rotates between Control, Clash, and Rift - mix it up and keep people guessing.

As someone not raiding or doing ToO, it was good to have something to go in by myself with matchmaking to grind out some high light items. I hated every minute of it as I'm terrible at pvp, but got both my characters up to or over 300 which has always been my goal. Only thing I'd like is all items on sale at 280 (or higher) so if you don't get the item you wanted at high light in your rank 5 package, you can still get a low light version of it and infuse. For example, I just wanted the Titan helm. Didn't get it in my rank 5 package through rng, so there was no other way for me to get it. Bit frustrating.

2 답변I really enjoyed this ib. Didn't play the last one very much, but found myself playing well past rank 5 for more loot this time around. Much much improved. My only tiff is that the daily bounty 'win with 2500 points' seems a little much. Maybe not for good players, but I'm not a good player, and I was stoked to get 1500 points in a match. Back in control 2500 was no problem with all the bonuses. But not in clash, it's a bit different. I wish they would tone that one down, or make it a apart of a weekly bounty or something.
