Can everyone shut up about subclass "imbalance"
None of the posts I've seen talk about legitimate problems or bugs it's nothing but " HoS OP, stormcaller OP, tether so weak." How about we all whine about actual problems?
Examples off my head: Axion bolt hit detection, bolt grenades simply blowing up like a regular grenade after death, melee energy being taken on hits that won't deal damage, bladedancer hit detection, backstab working on someone's face, sunsinger having no agility on activation of radiance for some reason, shoulder charge missing for unknown reasons, thermal vent one hitting people(unless it supposed to be able to), sights sometimes glitching when using stormtrance, nightstalker vortex doing more than voidwalker vortex (insert logic), and finally voidwalker melee sometimes being as strong as shoulder charge. How about we rant about these things instead? No? Right.

Edit3: its also come to my attention that people think sunbreakers are subpar without a super. Cauterize,stoke the forge, thermal vent, melting point, fleetfire, and fire keeper called. They said stop your unjustified complaining.

8 답변Here's some ways to beat sunbreakers: -suppressor grenades -tether -FOH -Nova bomb -black spindle (headshot will kill them even if they have max armor) -one sniper shot and one primary shot -more than one competent team mate -grenades stick and one primary shot -run away when you hear the super activate -use your own super to kill them Honestly just don't take them on 1 v 1 unless your at a distance and you will be good. Hope this helps because way too many people post how "op" they are.

34 답변I played alot of iron banner games lastnight where my team or opposing team had 270-280 light level titans. I even saw a few 230's. But u know what they still did good and were in top 3 because they were running fukking sunbreaker it then occurred to me how much of a fukking crutch this class is. When u can go into a competitive mp game type in which light level matters, be 20-40 light levels lower and still do decently good because ur goddamn super is so damn lethal makes it broken and op. Sorry but yesterday was the day it really occurred to me. No other class has a super that can make u gud when u are simply under light and overpowered, but sunbreaker does For the record I've never complained about sunbreaker being op untill now

Or a tether taking 6 years to actually tether somebody once it hits a surface. Enough time for someone 20 yards away to actually get in your face before you even touch the ground. I use black hole btw. Best perk there is.

Blade Dancer needs some serious fixing. The hit detection is terribly inconsistent, you sometimes have to hit 3x for it to register with a green bar connection Overall melees are pretty fuked, hitting someone, losing your melee charge, and doing no damage Hawkmoon decides not to register 1/3 of your shots Tethers hitting Stormcallers square in the chest and not taking them out of super There's plenty more. Tired of Firebolt Grenades randomly failing on me, and I'm even more tired of having my melee charge get used up and for some reason not getting a Flame Shield out of it. ..Sunsinger problems.

1 답변Ive an issue to address. Grenades like axion bolt and firebolt. If you happen to die while throwing it in my experience theyll sort of blow up on impact rather than send out their targeted attack. Doesnt normally matter except it does less than 50 damage which leaves people well within kill range laughing off what is normally unavoidable death.

1 답변These are all valid problems, but overall class balance and even weapon balance is terrible in destiny. And you come across balance problems more frequently than others, making them more irritating, making more people vocal/whine about them. If bungie can't make a balanced game, then I hate to say it but I don't see any of these getting fixed. I hope I'm wrong and bungie gets their shit together, because all of this is infuriating and it is making the forums toxic. I guess what I'm saying boils down to thank you for making one of the few unbiased and actual discussions about problems in destiny.

1 답변I hear what you're saying bro. There's a lot of garbage in this game that is never addressed by either bungie nor player. For me, it's the lag in pvp. Major issue, never addressed. And when it is, it's always the players fault for their enemy having a red bar and being nearly unkillable. But HoS is stupid broken. Even pros and multiple streamers make that claim. It's not the killing ability, it's the invincibility that's the issue. I run void walker and feel that my subclass is sub par to any of the others. And I don't bitch about it though, just think HoS is a little too op. You can go on an 8 kill streak with just that super. No other super can do that. Just saying.

2 답변Shotgunned a guy in banner yesterday. Depleted his shield and and put a small dent in the lifebar. Proceed to blinkstrike him. Blinkstrike connects, escape artist activates for me (meaning I hit my target). Health bar didn't even move from where my shotgun left it.... must be a melee thing like when I arc blade a player five times(hearing it connect everytime) and they don't even take damage
