Lets start off with melee. Titans always complain about having Trex arms. While that is true, that doesnt help the fact that their melee can One shot if they have Combustion speced for (which is the obvious choise), It will kill you unless you are a maxed armor titan with an armor buff.
Grenades? Sunbreakers have the best grenades in the game. Incendiary? Bounce them off the wall. If they land in the general location of an enemy, they are dead.
Fusion grenades? One shot if they stick. GG. They also do massive damage against supers.
Mobility? Sunbreakers have the highest mobility out of any class. Not only can they Titan Skate, but they have the highest jump in the game and can escape a Tether 2x over.
Either nerf the neutral game to oblivion, or give a sizable nerf to the super.
Super nerf:
4 hammers (5 if speced for)
Less health
Slightly less mobility
Super lasts the same duration as gunslinger and is scaled down to compensate for hammers tossed
Hammers are actually affected by gravity OR they have a damage dropoff.
Cauterize only heals on double kill.

My only issue with Sunbreakers is the Cauterize perk. Its absolutely retarded that they can regen with every kill while having up to 7 hammers. My idea is - nerf Cauterize to where it has a CHANCE to regen health. That, or move it to the same category with the perk that gives more hammers.

작성자: GHOST 9o5 11/23/2015 2:44:30 AMNo. It's just an attempt to justify it. Every class has roughly two passive perks that are not jumps. SB only has one which affects both grenades, melee and super. Only one that is good at least. BD also technically has 1, if you take my perspective, because you need Hungering Blade for BD nowadays. It is QuickDraw or fleet footed that is the single passive.

작성자: JettPaxx 11/23/2015 12:11:12 AMYeah no Incendiaries are ok at best. Fusions are cheep feeling but not OP by any stretch. They have no utility beyond purposefully giving up a gunfight to hopefully stick someone. The solar vent melee has a chance to one hit, it has never happened for me. Still have T-rex arms. There are no passive perks. No shoulder charge, no shadestep. No special orb generation or anything. Cauterize is a nice touch occasionally after you win a melee fight but that's it. The jump is good if you know how to use it.

5 답변작성자: Combo164 11/22/2015 5:11:44 AMThose nerfs are gross. Just nerf the damage reduction and problem solved. Maybe give cauterize a cool down but it doesn't need all that you listed. That's going over kill. Anyways, i feel as though the titan simply needs a better melee and that'll help a ton in their neutral game.

8 답변Let's talk about your precious warlock being op shall we? Your super lasts for a full trip around the map it can melt multiple people aswell your little thunderstorm grenade does massive damage and downfall which is a mini FoH. So while you call for a Titan nerf I cal for a warlock nerf just to make it even

Sack up buttercup i main warlock low armor high agi. I do just fine. Even if titan sunbreakers are out sure shit hurts when slammed by a hammer toss but thats the way she goes boy's. Titans need a good subclass to compete in crucible. Defender class isnt the greatest. For pvp An striker is ok. But gets shit on from ranged supers. Your weapon set up is pure close range. Not exactly great to a hammer throw If you want to counter then hit them with tether directly or drop nova load on his/her face

3 답변Words cannot describe how bad you are if you think sunbreakers are OP outside their super. Please quit the game.

1 답변The melee with burn does 190 damage if I'm not mistaken, which will only kill minimum armour warlocks/hunters. While it's a good melee when it hits, the lack of range makes it among the worst melees. That being said, Sunbreakers have very good grenades, with fusion and incendiary being among the best. Their grenades also benefit immensely from cauterize. Stat-wise, Sunbreakers are overpowered and should spec for max armour, great recovery and low agility (with flameseeker providing a sizable boost to the stats) - because of titan skating, they will still be extremely fast while not sacrificing in other ways. Most of the passive abilities centre around the super, which is obviously overpowered to anyone with common sense (I main a titan).

3 답변The melee is just as useless as it always has been. Especially since everyone and their grandma's neighbor Carl runs shotguns (and is soon to be running fusion rifles again). Getting in close enough to punch somebody is damn near impossible if you're up against players with even the smallest sense of situational awareness. Mobility is not the same as agility. Titan skating is only an agile movement when using Striker, as Shoulder Charge allows immediate direction change without sacrificing speed. Defenders and Sunbreakers are much more difficult to skate with effectively since any change in direction slows you down or stops you completely. Hunters can't be beaten when it comes to precise, agile movement.

1 답변Lol no. Titan skating is great, and fusion grenades are such a dick move, and I love them. I was being such a little b*tch in IB, I was running as close to max discipline as I could get and was just sticking people left and right xD

5 답변I have punched a lot of people with combustion and have never I repeat never ohk someone. I have killed people with it but they weren't 100% when I hit them. I have also punched people that had already taken a few bullets and watched them live. Unless incendiary grenade lands right on top of you, you live. If it is just in your general area follow up attacks will be needed for the kill. Titan skate is not mobility. You can go in a straight line faster than others. Going fast in one direction is not mobility that is sprint speed. If you are going in a straight line that makes you an easy target, compared to someone changing angles and directions.

You guys arnt gonna be happy till it takes 2 hammers to kill
Super nerf: 4 hammers (5 if speced for)
that's close to what it is already lol
Less health
I like that the titans have armour since... you know their wearing armour not a blankie or a bath robe but sure this is needed. Also people keep saying it's not fair this has more reduction than bd, but the bd also gets added mobility in super
Slightly less mobility
no
Super lasts the same duration as gunslinger and is scaled down to compensate for hammers tossed
it's already like that the super lasts a long time IF your not throwing hammers, every hammer throw takes away like a 5th of the super bar
Hammers are actually affected by gravity OR they have a damage dropoff.
they already are effected by gravity and if you get hit from a long range from a hammer that's your problem
Cauterize only heals on double kill.
hey -blam!- you pve players

If you were smart you would have argued that simmering flames is an amazing neutral game perk. Also I want to address the whole golden gun has only 3 shots, so a sunbreaker should only have 3 hammers. Here's the thing golden gun shots have massive aim assist, and are hit scan weapons so no travel time. In short if your a decent shot and enemies are available you'll get the 3 kills. Hammers on the other hand arnt hitscan, have travel time and no auto aim so if your a breaker and you see an enemy at anywhere outside of close range you have to predict their movement and adjust your throw to compensate (hint see a breaker? JUMP) ALSO since you listed the pros of the breaker neutral game I'm just going to do the same with every other class. bd Quickdraw, blink, 2 great gernades, backstab, invisiblity. And a good super. gs 2 good nades, reload buff, good mobility, throwing knife, great super ns Invisibility, 2 good nades, that damn roll thing -.- (idk what else it has don't play a hunter lol) sc Good nades great super perpetual charge awesome melee vw Blink, decent nades, good melee, ss Amazing melee, 3 good nades, flame shield, viking funeral s Shoulder charge, lightning gernades, D Lol... yea I main it this sucks... magnetic gernades?? Overall one thing I this is important is that both the defender and the breaker out alot if the skill tree to customizing the super. Now was this a problem in year 1? No because a single bubble was a complete joke and easily countered. Now though with the breaker we can customize it a ton and be a good roving super.
