Bye bye Spare Change (and pulse rifles in general)
My beautiful Spare Change....why must you kill it Bungie. I understand that pulses needed a slight nerf, but a 9% DECREASE IN BASE DAMAGE???? WTF?? 8% for my SUROS PDX TOO! You literally killed pulse rifles Bungie, now scout rifles are gonna dominate crucible. I f*cking called it.
