Prior to TTK, it was possible to achieve the highest character level without ever having to LFG and without ever being forced to play with anyone else at all. It was a grind that took a couple of months for each character because multiple Iron Banners were needed, but the highest level was achievable playing 100% solo. Does such a path still exist for solo players?
EDIT1: I just asked a question. The majority of people making comments have made assumptions about why I asked the question and then criticized me for what they imagined were my motivations. To all of those people; you represent what is most wrong with this community and you are too lazy to even check tracker to confirm your "imagined reality" before insulting people based on your delusions.

This game is community based, if you don't like it(which you obviously do because of your light level being as high as it is) then go play something else that you can play while in your shell. My advice grow some wings and fly! :)

You want bungie to respond...... god thats halarious. They are pretty much tonedeaf. They got rocks in thier head. They have selective reading or honestly I dont think they can read at all. Good luck though

13 답변Soooo how did you do PoE solo? Also how did you do the older raids solo? Because you needed to one of these two things to infuse your weps and gear to reach max light...B4 TTK... You wanna solo? Turn off ur PS, turn off the lights.Get ur hand warmed up, And have you sum SOLO time :P

12 답변You could hit lvl 30 with IB gear and an exotic helm (because the IB helm took a whole year to drop) You could hit lvl 32 with IB gear and an exotic helm You could hit lvl 34 with gear ascended from etheric light which dropped on NF and IB. You can hit lvl 40 just by playing patrols and using all greens. So what is the complaint? Max character level is EASY to achieve. Oh... you mean max LIGHT. Which is only needed in endgame team activities like raids and trials and so is only achievable through these activities. The highest light that a solo player might need would be in the Iron Banner or Nightfall. You can hit the light levels required for these activities easily, through patrol alone if the whim takes you - 300+ can be achieved from drops in these activities as well as Crucible weekly drops. You can't hit 320 though, but why would you need that? It's not like you will ever face an enemy where 320 is required.

1 답변Based off of your attitude towards the other players in your comments, I can see why you don't have a team to do anything with.

8 답변The thing that I don't understand is why do solo players want to be max light lvl? The only current advantage of being 310+ is that the hard mode raid is easier to complete. I don't want to hear "To prepare for next dlc." When has Bungie ever not released vendor gear that is almost the same lvl as the previous dlc max lvl? The raid gear this time around is complete garbage outside the raid too. The only decent weapons are the sniper and Hmg. Which can be easily replaced by vendor/strike weapons. There's not vex/fatebringer quality raid gear this time. Hell, there's not even elemental primaries. "I need it for ToO and Iron Banner." Not really. While Bungie claims that power matters, it's not . As long as you go in around 280-290, the decrease in power is very low. I went 8-0 with a friend that was 275. I don't even know why a solo player would claim that they need it for pvp tho since they claim to be solo only.
