"Don't use Touch of malice, use a sniper!!"
Can people (mainly from LFG) stop demanding that snipers are the only viable option for Warpriest!!!
I have some good snipers and could use them if I wished, but I don't, why because TOM is far better! You just have to know how to use it.
The other night I was with an awesome team from LFG, we all had TOM, dropped a blessing and weapons each time and Melted the Warpriest in two rounds.
Even if everyone doesn't run with the touch and chooses to use Spindle/1000 yd etc, the touch is still a very credible option.
Maybe it's because people are just used to just holding the trigger down on daughters/Oryx and haven't practiced "getting good" in other encounters?
What's everyone else's thoughts on the Touch of Malices use, in encounters other than the end of Kings Fall?

I use the same guns up to the sisters. I always use the maliace, harrowed defiance of jasmin, and harrow quilliums. the only thing I switch is to elluims frenzy at the sisters and oryx. just watch your health when using the maliace.

작성자: monkyken 11/11/2015 12:34:44 PMFor those who perhaps don't get what the OP is suggesting, hes talking about doing what the 2 titans do on the no knights strat at Oryx, continuously going in and out of a blessing and weapon bubble with TOM, meaning you have a last round perk, an over-shield to continuously stop you actually dying and weapons for extra damage. This does not require you to reload and if you really wanted to swap to your sniper for 4-5 shots and back to tom. Works a treat but its very much an everyone or no one strat. I would still say 6 BS on a continuous head-shot is the most effective but this is better than 6 normal snipers with reload required.

9 답변Snipers make more sense, i don't see how it makes much of a difference it works for you. If people want to use a sniper, then let them. My 319 stillpiercer trounces my 310 malice. So it's a matter of what's effective. The point is to defeat the boss, not have the most articulate way of doing it.

1 답변Eh. I like to use my spindle or harrowed defiance. I enjoy not using a single load out for every encounter. That would just be boring. I don't care if someone else wants to use ToM for war priest, but if you die from it, you're getting booted.

16 답변Killing the warpriest in 2 rounds is nothing special. With a good team w/snipers, he goes down in one round. ToM simply does not have as much damage output as a sniper.
