Im starting to feel no reason to continue in destiny.. beginning to believe the "destiny is dying" posts.
It took me 20 mins to find 5 people in the crucible last night.. in control. We ended up having a 3v3 control game. Its never been this bad. Nobody on lfg like there used to be, and the only point in raiding for me is to get the scout rifle which will never drop anyways.
I suppose i could play for "fun", but there's no fun if the game is dead with nothing to do worth my time. Anyone else noticing the same?
Edit: there seems to be about 300 comments on this new thread saying the exact same. It would be cool if we got a response from bungie

Same here, raiding whit friends is fun as hell but we can only do it once a week and the rest of the endgame content is just not fun and feel more like work then a game! Beside most of our Fireteam (like me) have started playing other games more often then destiny!

2 답변Destiny was only successful because there was hardly any decent competition... Now we have Halo 5 Fallout 4 Tomb raider Black Op 3 (I guess) Other great looking games coming out soon like Star Wars Gears of Wars Some other psn exclusive games I've never heard of etc etc the list goes on really. Destiny with no dedicated servers, private matches, map builders, theater modes, 6v6 max, 30 fps and an absolutely god awful reward system is old news. All these time gated exotics and poor drops are literally just to keep players playing and keep the repetitive grind going to pad out game time...

I got my Sleeper Simulant last night. I then wondered what to do. After a few bounties and a strike I logged off. Other games aside - I'm not feeling the desire to play this game a great deal. I'll raid tonight just so I can chat with my clan mates - I won't be raiding because of the raid (which is disappointing).

Played raid tonight and best thing I got was mouldering shards pure joke. Ok it was normal. And on my hunter running hard I keep getting Gautlets for the last few weeks I don't need them have 32O allready so annoying.

1 답변Agreed. My friends list has completely evaporated. Everyone is playing CoD, Halo 5, or some other game. And I can't entirely blame them. There's nothing to "chase" anymore. The guns are meh, the Trials rewards are complete trash (after my first week flawless, I really only half-heartedly played the second week), and I'm so over pulse rifles in PvP, it's absurd. I could not be more annoyed or bored by the abundance of pulse rifles everywhere. Yawn.

3 답변I love this game, but I think I've burned myself out... After completing just one of the exotic sword GRIND quests, it really gave me the impression that I really don't want to grind again for another sword or anything else for that matter. Way too much grinding and waiting. Just when I thought I was gong to receive the sword there was another part of the quest to complete. With this said, I just think I'm burned out. I played a ridiculous amount of hours this time last year and this year I could care less. I haven't done the raid yet and quite frankly I don't really care to do it. I completed the night falls last night on my last 2 characters, and after getting 292 legendary boots for my warlock I said to myself, what's the point? In my opinion they made many of the quest into endurance quests, and I just don't have the energy anymore. The NO TIME TO EXPLAIN quest for example is just tedious. Trying to find the ghost and having to have a fire team, Yada Yada Yada. Anyway, said my peace and now I'm kind of sorta eating for Iron Banner.

I have no intention of quitting, but the hard mode drops are frustratingly lacking. I understand rng, but just feel there shoukd be at least 1 guaranteed useful drop whether its gun or armor orr ghist or whatever. Its so painful spending hours gathering a team and playing thru for zero gain, and its the ONLY potentially useful activity once your 300-305+. They seriously dropped the ball on the loot table for hard mode raid.

3 답변games like fallout and cod come and go. but for all us destiny players, this game will stay with us for a long ass time. just because we arnt currently playing it doesnt mean we wont come back. Destiny is a hit, the fact that its being compared with games that are brand new shows how much we care for destiny, how much we want it to improve etc. The taken king was amazing, we are all just getting bored. New content better come soon.

9 답변What would u want bungie to say? Fallout-halo-battle front etc... Of course those games are going to temporarily take away from destiny but the key is temporarily. Destiny isn't going anywhere. People will leave. Play those games 25-50 hours and come back. There is no longevity to the 10 hour halo campaign or the "endless" nature of fallout. Eventually people pick back up destiny. Jump in matches and keep it moving. It's the nature of MMOs. Relax people. I haven't noticed any difference on ps4 and I'm a bit more then casual even though I don't raid on the regular, destiny is fine....
