Cabal can be very frustrating to a new comer. Cabal Phalanx are equipped with shields that you have to get past in order to defeat them. When approaching a Phalanx with said shield, look for a weak spot. If the shield is lower to the ground and he appears to shoot from the side of it, aim for the arm causing him to withdraw the shield back and go for the precision headshot. If you come across one that appears to have its whole body behind the shield, look to its legs. Shooting the legs will also draw back the shield making it easier to get the precision shot. -EaterOfVVorlds-
