Grimiore score doesn't mean jack
You have a ton of new players joining because of ttk and its funny to for as one of them to hear stupid stuff like "awwwe hos grim score is 2k that's adorable" really? Really. GTFO grim score means nothing stfu it hasn't stopped from doing anything I've wanted to do as a new player.

Grimoire to me just shows how long that player has been playing. It gives me a general idea of how experienced they are, and if they're better than they seem that either means that they're quick learners or are just don't give a rat's ass about PvE and go PvP all day.

Then, and only then, do I know what I'm dealing with. If you're a fun loving dude, awesome, let's raid, ask me for help, lets kill sh!t together. Aside from that, I know what I'm in for.
