This would make matchmaking much much better at puting equal groups against each other

It's like once you finish all your characters just go play crucible or something! However I do not see it happening as trials is the pvp endgame. Overcoming those bastards who constantly play trials is part of the challenge of getting flawless and reaching the lighthouse. Yet another reason why I will never love destiny pvp. But yea if that happened I may actually go play trials again. I have ZERO motivation to do it as I enjoy pvp but not so much the ultra competitive environment. I do like the bounties though. Great idea honestly.

I couldn't care less if OP's suggestions are incorporated into the game, nor am I against any idea to make trials a more balanced playlist. But that is not why OP made this post. He originally made it because he went 8-1 because he played against a team that had supposedly already gone flawless, and he was so butthurt about it that he came here to vent and blame the other team for his loss. Then he edited it because he realized how irrational he sounded. This is just another angry trials loser post disguised as a rational petition. OP only wants this to come to fruition so that he won't have to play against any good teams and will get easy flawless runs. Same goes to everyone who supports this idea. Every team that went flawless had to deal with all the "bullsh*t" that you keep talking about in order to go to the lighthouse, therefore you have to as well. THAT is fair.

1 답변Actually I think that would be kind of cool, mostly because if you managed to do it twice on a character that week it would be amazing. Could have another elite icon for it or a cool shader.

This all started when children's sports leagues started handing out trophies to every suck ass kid just for participating. If you lose you should get nothing. Winners get the accolades. Now we have a whole generation of people in this country (United States) that think they deserve something just for showing up. Sorry, if you can't beat the best on your way to the lighthouse then you don't deserve to go. Either get over it, or get good.

How do u pay to win lol and if you can't beat flawless guys then ur not suppose to be at the lighthouse that's why the bounties are so easy you don't even have to win to finish them, honestly all your missing is a black gun with a perc you'll never use.

I haven't been flawless. I'm fine with the way it is now. I see value in what you are saying though. It would make trials an upper echelon PvP endgame, kinda like a weekly tournament. The guys who already have big egos and brag can have an even bigger ego as they make it again.....and again. Or they will lose and realise there are better players then themselves. To be clear.....I suck at trials.

Just like in real life, the value in being rewarded comes from the hard work you put in to things. Quit focusing on how it's so unfair that you have to compete with people better than you and just start getting better. Jesus Christ people.

Mind you I am in my mid 40s and lot of what I read here sounds childish.

4 답변I have been reading this thread for a while now and man, I can't believe all the elitist crap people say over a stupid game. I only play trials just to get the bounties done and that's it. All this "get gud scrub" mentality and so called "defenders of the lighthouse" stuff is why the community for this game is garbage now. I suck at pvp and admit it but I also respect people who are good at it. They put the time in to get where they are in it but damn I wish they never put trials in this game. All it has done is brought out the worst in this community.

1 답변I don't see the issue with this. Ideally it'll be matching up with the current matchmaking system of matching players on the same trials passage/number of wins. Only with this change it'll extend past the number of wins as well as whether or not they've gone flawless. Granted there should then be a higher reward for beating other 9-0 players.
