I just bought Destiny today for the first time ...
So today I finally bought Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition. I only got my Xbox One in August and it's been on my mind for a while to get it as I like Bungie, (Spending thousands of hours on Halo 3), I was just worried it was going to be difficult to get into being a noob. But the sales rep who played really sold it well, said this is the perfect time to get it as a new player then explained how year 1 players felt short changed when it came to pricing. So here I am. My destiny disc tantalisingly on 99% downloaded and about to enter the universe for the first time on my own.
Any advice? Shall I instantly use this upgrade to Level 25 thing? do the campaign solo to learn the game and level up further and get gear? HELP

Welcome this is a great game, but is not for everyone hopefully it is for you. One piece of advice, be patient and stay away from these forums as much as posible. There's a lot of haters and malcontents roaming around here. Good luck Guardian!!

Have fun with it. Yeah, the RNG sucks at times, and Crucible isn't even close to being fully balanced. But you know what? The gameplay is top tier, if you get a group of regulars the endgame is fun as all hell, and if you're into it, the lore is simply amazing. That's my advice, just have fun with it.

4 답변작성자: Fal Chavam 11/7/2015 10:28:32 PMI'd solo the campaign so you can hear the whole story and actually take you time to read, listen, etc. and do whatever. then once you feel like raiding, look up vids and learn them like you're studying for a test. then play the raid with what you have learn but don't go in there until you get good gear, don't attempt it if you're like 3 levels below the recommended level. (unless the team doesn't mind)
