Your highest light level is 296 the requirement for hard is 310. See the difference? If you were say 305 i could feel for you but you aren't even 300 and you're bitching that people won't carry you through hard mode?

Your assumption is incorrect. With no raid completions I don't presume to be good enough to do hard mode. I'm still trying for my first normal completion and keep getting lfg groups of 6 people with no completions. I'm not understanding how the vast majority has 0 nor al completions and we can't get anyone willing to step down from hard mode and help the community

it doesn't take 2 months. it takes 1 day, my fire team was all 290-296 and we completed it just fine. people progress in the game differently but it's not fair to fault others who've been working at the raid for a lot longer. basically asking for a carry...

there are people, i was helping random groups on lfg last week after my HM runs. i've seen others post about helping as well. be patient and try to get a good chill team to learn all the fights. HM hasn't been perfected by alot of the community so it sometimes takes longer than it should, hence less time to help lower light people.

Seriously though. It should not take 2 months to get a normal raid done. I've tried 10+ times and keep getting inexperienced players. I do my best to teach the mechanics but it always ends up with so lmeone quitting and the group dissolves

You sir are part of the problem. Instead of telling people to "git gud" how about you take it o upon yourself to push the community further? More people would be available for hard raids of they could get through normal even once

You can't blame one person for having 0 completions when it takes 5 additional players to do a raid. That logic Is idiotic and sad. Only choice I have is to lfg groups. Coincidentally, I keep finding 5 others that have never beaten it either. At this point I don't even care about the loot I just want it done.
