There has just been a ton of transgender stuff going on lately, and I'm wondering how other people think about it. In my opinion, it's stupid. It isn't necessary. I've been hearing of boys being allowed into girl's locker rooms because they identify as girls, and in my opinion it doesn't matter what you identify as, it matters what you biologically are. How about you Flood?
Edit: Every time I go to this post and refresh it the Against bar gets smaller ;-;

작성자: Autolycus 11/6/2015 10:43:32 PMIf sex and gender are seperate classifications, can some one explain to me what exactly constitutes what a gender is? Cause to me, it sounds like genders are based on a set of stereotypes that someone feels inclined to conform to. Why the hell is that even necessary? And why does it rationalize changing aspects of the physical and biological sex?

If you feel like you're in the wrong body and want to live as you feel you're suppose to be, then, be my guest. I don't have nothing against, hell, I have quite a few friends who've already transitioned. Not sure why this is such a popular topic, along with religion in #Offtopic Where's #Religion and #SexualIdentity ?, lol.

1 답변It's dumb. Cutting your dick and balls off doesn't make you a women. Pumping yourself full of hormones doesn't make you a women. Honestly I don't have a problem with them as fellow humans, however these days if you refuse to call them in female terms... That's considered hateful? Really? I consider it thinking logically. Logically all you are doing is hurting yourself by doing all that to your body. So when it comes down to it, call yourself whatever you want, but it doesn't make it so. So don't expect me to.

2 답변I don't think it's natural. However, that in no way justifies being complete assholes and treating them like animals/monsters. They may have an unusual identity, but at the end of the day, they're still human beings who should be treated as such.

2 답변I think it's a mental illness. There is something psychologically wrong with somebody who gets their gender mixed up. That being said, I think we accommodate for it way too much. When somebody has anorexia, they tend to think that they're too large and are unhappy inside. They'll do anything to be skinny, but they're never satisfied with the way that they are. We help these people. Oh, you're transgender? Let's change your fuckin birth certificate to show that.

9 답변작성자: Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds 11/6/2015 5:08:00 PMIt doesn't affect me so why do I care if someone wants to change genders or even be something in between. I'm not going to pretend to know what it's like to essentially feel like I was born in the wrong type of body. They are people just trying to make their way and be themselves like any of us.
