Here's everything Bungie has done to reduce the grind:
• Weapon parts drought...
• Material grinding for the EXOTIC SWORDS!!!
• Time-Gated exotics that require you to be available on a specific day in the week in order to do it. (bungie decides when)
• Removed Nightfall XP Bonus
• Removed Nightfall Faction Rep Gain
• Reduced Mote of Light Drop Rate
• Reduced Strange Coin Drop Rate
• Removed 5,000 XP bounties
• Removed 5,000 XP Package from daily public event
• Reduced faction Rep gains
• Reduced Cryptarch REP gains from engrams
• Reduced Patrol Mission REP gains
• Limited strike Legendary mark Gains to 3 strikes a week
• Removed Legendary Mark rewards from crucible playlists
• Removed Legendary Mark rewards from strike playlists
• Added Double RNG to Raid Drops
• Increased Xur Heavy Ammo Price
• Removed Xur Engrams that can be purchased with motes
... ooh wait... all of those things INCREASE the grind.. now I get it.
Cue Weekly Update when they said "we don't want Destiny to feel like a job" and yet, here we are. Making Destiny a chore a job to play.

1 답변작성자: GreyPooponya 11/6/2015 7:02:03 PMAnd everything they've done to create shitty obstacles for players!?! This game has no enjoyability beyond it's basic gameplay. It's just a list of obstacles to work around and maybe you get a new toy gun to play with

5 답변Lol. This list overlooks so many things it's ridiculous. Sure, they may have reduced some things. But for the most part, what they reduced were things that had previously been given a substantial drop rate increase.

8 답변작성자: viraltaco 11/6/2015 10:13:38 AMIt's a rpg for goodness sakes. You can buy materials for legendary marks ! We didn't have that in year one and nobody complained. You get motes of light for "leveling up" when you reach level 40. I have more than 300 weapon parts and no use for them. Strange coins are more valuable and I like it, you can buy three of coins now ! Legendary marks are limited to 3 times a week for strikes only, you get daily heroics, crucible, dismantle legendary gear… Material grinding for EXOTIC sword, yet again we farmed materials for hours during year one and we didn't get an exotic out of it. They made the end game content better by making you work for what you want, that's great, I like to play the game, I don't play for the stuff I get, I play to have fun, if I already had everything I wouldn't have much fun.

2 답변I am not a Bungie hater. But unfortunately I have to agree a bit. The game is losing its hold on me lately. Maybe it's just time. It ran it's course. Or maybe it's the fact that the game mechanics have changed and it's not as fun for me anymore. I'm not exactly sure which, but I think it's a least partially due to the latter.

3 답변You're not being fair. Now you can buy new dance moves and they give you candy on Halloween. Seriously though, I was already mad by having that list on my mind, but after seeing it written and realizing how long it is I can only be beyond mad. All in all, all I can say is that Destiny will be the first game that I really, really liked where I will stop playing because the developer indirectly forced me to do so while trying to push me to play more.

5 답변The game was not ever meant be fast an easy to get everything and have it fully upgraded. Anyone that thought it was is a fool and only deluded themselves with that thinking. No where did bungie ever say you get to have it all and have it quick or simple ever.

3 답변And don't forget removing the reforge ability, I've completed more than 20 nightfall strikes only to receive treads upon starts with the worst perks in history, I mean why are some of these perks even an option?
-
My biggest issue is basically being forced to play crucible to complete certain quest or to get certain weapons. And I will admit I'm not very good at crucible so I don't play it which leaves players like me out if the equation for these quest and weapons.

3 답변Add: Removing more gear than the DLC added and having such a lackluster list of exotics that Xur is a DISSAPOINTMENT each week instead of something to look forward to.
-
5 답변And you know what? Before all that, I was really liking TTK. When it first came out I thought the progression/rewards were great, but leave it to Bungie to screw up their own game again. I reduced the grind too by deleting the game. No other game will kill Destiny, Bungie's taking care of that themselves.

3 답변The grind is all this game is about... "People play on average 3 hours of Destiny.....A day" It's all Nungie can point to as an accomplishment.
-
1 답변Most of the things removed/reduced were totally unnecessary and only increased the grind. How about them quests? Mission tower mission tower mission tower. Here first punch other players with storm Fist. Done? Kay now get arc grenade kills that you likely already got while doing the first part. All finished? Good now get Fist of Havoc multikills that you likely already got doing the first two parts. But wait you're not finished there still two more sub classes. Guardian where are your going?

6 답변I'm not opposed to the grind, I'm opposed to the increase in grind without a subsequent increase in reward. 6 different materials to level up a random legendary item, that drops with random perks, at a random light level? Remove some of that random, and it becomes a game worth investing time in, because there is a clear and attainable goal. This game feels more like a war of attrition than, whatever the hell genre of game you want to call it.
