I have my own group to raid with, so I've got an outside opinion on this. Regarding LFG, I feel like having certain requirements for your team would be more like insurance against bad players. 'You're kinda bad, but you've got G-horn? Good enough, I guess.'
That's just how I see it, anyway.

It's just unfair to people (like myself) that have the quest for touch of malice, but can't get it because no one will accept them into a raid group. They are literally making it impossible for people like me to move forward in this game

Create your own group. Recruit at least one person who knows what to do (or just watch a youtube video), and be willing to follow direction / fill any role. Friend the helpful people you meet. Form your own core group.
