It's a quote so... no grammar is needed. He's quoting something from another person's words. You wouldn't correct someone with a really strong accent. For instance, "Howdy Y'all" is a term for How is everyone or how are you doing? You wouldn't be a douche and correct them. Unless your a grammer [url=http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_law]-godwinslaw!-[/url] who does not have any sympathy at all.
