seems like every other topic is "insert game name" will kill destiny .... Oh no ... the world is going to end 12/12/2012 ... Destiny is and will be a game MOST people will always come back to :) Destiny is ever evolving and will continue to entertain the "majority" .... at least .... IMO
Edit- a bit of riff raff about this game and that game BUT it seems like the majority claims the "destiny" of Destiny will be TIME
Edit(again) Thanks y'all for posting all of your opinions, ideas, and thoughts on this topic!

2 답변Destiny is killing destiny. They can't keep the game as a whole relevant. Give it a few more weeks and they'll be hyping the next DLC. That's just about all this game is about now... The next DLC.

작성자: Clayton3434 11/2/2015 12:49:29 PMProblem with this game is Lag in multiplayer Nothing worth doing other than the ttk raid or trials once you hit 295 + So that's 3 things to do and you can only do the raid once a week, if you don't like trials or the multiplayer with not so good rewards what is there to do, Xmas is coming lots of new games on there way, destiny may not die but the population will drop because of boredom Just my imo

3 답변I used to agree with that argument, but recently I see friends dropping out and losing interest fast. As an online game it needs players, and the playerbase is decreasing fast. The fact that a lot of games are recently released or will release in the near future does not help its cause. It might be that players return to the game, but if they lose too many at once the rest will leave as well, and why return to an abandoned game. An empty online game is not attracting players,no players means ir stays empty. Pessimistic...yes definetly, but its also realistic, unless Bungie adds some fresh stuff soon I fear the worst.

5 답변작성자: Corrupt Chaste 11/2/2015 4:16:57 PMWhat *I* don't get is why anyone cares if destiny gets killed or not anyways. For example: I'm personally waiting for Fallout 4 to come out. When it does, I plan to abandon destiny for a very long time. However, I don't give two s**** about what happens to destiny while I'm gone. It can thrive or it can fail and as long as it doesn't interfere with my fallout 4 gaming, I will be fine. Maybe you should look at yourself and ask "why do I feel the need to prove them wrong in the first place?" Or are you ACTUALLY somehow worried that something will happen to destiny?

2 답변Destiny will kill itself eventually. I'm not worried about other games doing it in because they don't have to. The community on here eats itself alive every day and Bungie stokes the flames no matter what they do. It'll be a fun bunch of years before it goes out though.

1 답변Destiny isn't a game, it wasn't designed to be "fun" it was designed to be addicting. Weekly lockouts forcefully prevent you from grinding, and shitty RNG makes sure you don't get what you need. That's what keeps you coming back every week. With the taken King they even blatantly slapped us in the face with time gated content and quest that require you to comeback next week to finish

1 답변It's an online ONLY game. That's what will kill it. The moment the community starts dwindling the game dies. That will be from now onwards as more and better games come out. The community is the reason I don't play anymore. It's horrible.

1 답변I think you will see a sharp drop in players next week when fallout 4 comes out and a couple of week after when starwars battlefront comes out...but people will still come back and play destiny as it's a good game and keeps you coming back for more

2 답변I'm just glad halo came out. I like destiny, but my cycle of "Grinding for the hell of it" has finally ended. Between that and finally maxing my touch of malice. idk what's worse, farming flakes or weapon parts. I wish flakes were a possible reward for doing court of oryx instead of running laps around the mausoleum.

1 답변No singular game will kill destiny, but burn out WILL... let's face it for every step forward bungie takes they take 2 back, and while destiny has dealt with alot of controversy it's mostly been by ignoring it, and the player base still wants answers. But the biggest thing is burn out, the game is designed to be addictive and players can't keep pumping 4-5 hours a night doing the same content and not get "rewards" that arnt all that rewarding (looking at you moldering shards and 295 ghost shell from nightfall) it makes them feel like they just wasted their time.

1 답변Destiny is the WoW of shooters and we are like old dogs... Give a dog a new toy, he will play with it and enjoy it, but he will always go back to chewing his old bone... Destiny is our old bone.

1 답변Agreed. I also found it funny how people think Halo, out of ALL GAMES, was gonna kill Destiny, let alone ANYTHING.
