There's no place in destiny for rng based luck when you're dealing with real money. That's basically gambling. Younger sibling (who is a minor) spent well over $80 trying to get the blue Skull mask only to not receive it. P.s. it was his money. Nobody is arguing for a refund. However, the question of whether a minor should be allowed to basically gamble their money away is being asked here. P.p.s. It's a scumbag system period. It preys on individuals who are too naive to know best. It is a matter of ethics and clearly that is at the bottom of the priority list for any big corporation. P.p.p.s.
