Okay so i was originally using a really bad wifi extender to play games on due to the distance from my router to my console and it had terrible connection. Due to that i was banned from crucible. On my xbox it says it is only a temporary ban however. Since then i have fixed the connection issues with a very stable very strong wired internet. I was just wondering when the ban will be lifted and if there is any way for you to check my connection again for me to prove that it is fixed. I would like to be unbanned before trials comes out if that is possible.
