Sorry you wasted time on IB...
News updates basically says that they're sorry loot drops in IB sucked but tough shit, they'll fix it for next time... So a weeks worth of IB for very little gain... Why do bugs like this sneak through the cracks and then remain for he entirety of the event resulting in masses of wasted time. I could have been farming exotics in strikes in the time I had to play rather than doing IB...
Edit: Already people seem desperate to jump in and defend Bungie by saying that the loot available to purchase was good. No one is doubting that, but if Bungie tell us that drops will be a viable way to achieve loot in Iron Banner then this should be the case... It wasn't. It was bugged and Bungies response to that is "we'll probably get it right next time"....
Edit 2: To those asking what I'd want them to do about it. Something along the lines of a random drop at the postmaster for those who reached a certain rank or double drops next IB would soothe my teething problems.

4 답변I'm glad I only played 6-8 games in this IB. I wasn't thrilled with the weapons/armor due to them only being light level 280. They could have at least made them 285-290. Then with the almost immediate discovery of the hunter super glitch it made it even worse. Bungie should have stopped the IB, fixed the super glitch, and then restarted it later. If Bungie knew about the reward drop deficiency either prior to or right after IB launched, then they should have stopped if for that reason as well. Just another in a long line of Bungie blunders. They really need to fire all of the game testers because they certainly are unable to discover anything prior to release. And then the weekly update where they just rubbed in our faces, great, really great. The game I love to hate and now I hate it even more. If only there were a way to break my addiction to playing it!!!

glad I only bothered getting one guardian to 5 - noticed right away the drops were not happening and could tell at that rate even if I did get all 3 to 5, there were not enough marks to buy the gear that wasn't going to drop. I didn't expect it to rain a bunch of handouts but they did say that you would get enough gear in drops to be able to equip your guardians - I got a pulse drop (worse roll than Saladin version) the last game I needed to hit 5.... nice troll at the end. That was my only IB gear drop.

1 답변Spoiler alert There was no bug. They used the excuse of there being a bug to cover up the fact they made no effort whatsoever to improve the drops and hoped you wouldn't notice because omg dat wolf cloak tho

1 답변I finished the week with two Hunter cloaks and a Nirwen's Mercy. I saw plenty of loot drops throughout IB. However, I don't play IB for the loot, I do it to make myself better at the game. For the first time I ever I managed to be top score 4-5 times with over 5K. It was a great accomplishment for me.

All I'll say is, at least they admitted they -blam!-ed up. I'm happy that they admit it, and plan to fix it. Hopefully they fix it soon. Still, I wouldn't expect it to rain legendary especially in IB, they will probably increase drops by 20% or something.

Looks like the next IB will most likely be delayed by a week or so as the corrective patch won't be live until sometime before Thanksgiving. I highly doubt they would bring salad bar back before the fix is in place... right bungie?!

The ib just gone proper stressed me out trying to get to rank 5 and that was just on one character through the entire week I only had one drop a 297 ironwreath-d, what's with all the d's in ttk that's my question. Freebie would be nice but they better flood me with rewards next time to make up for this and not blame it on a bug

1 답변작성자: InfernalArdere 10/23/2015 1:01:44 PMSomething is clearly wrong with crucible drops as a whole, not just iron banner. It was obvious since TTK came out. Legendaries are extremely rare and not once have I seen an exotic. At least they acknowledged it and are going to fix it
