Anyone else hate when people say anime is weird?
People always say anime is weird. It pisses me off because they only think that it is henti. Well its not people need to actually look at something and watch it before you say its bad or wierd.

Edit - soooo someone said that im "angry". Well story time guys, *cough* *cough* ok so i was doing the raid (KF btw). And a guy said "OMG NOOO NOT ASUNA". Right after that asked if he liked anime and he said "-blam!- yea man". Right after that me and him got yelled at by another teammate and both of us where insta kicked.
edit - i didnt explain correctly i mean not all anime is weird. but i hate when someone says 100% of anime is weird but in reality its more like 58% of animes are weird (not including henti)
edit - lol and i am already called a weeaboo. hahah and he doesn't even know the meaning (btw his name is outcomess)

Well... it's the same with ANY fandom to the normal public. -Whovians are looked at like british-loving scum -Furries are looked at like pedophiles and sex offenders... (that stereotype is so far from true.. being furry sucks some days) -Otaku (non-abrasive anime fans for those unfamiliar with the term) are looked at as fat, porn watching freaks. -Religious groups are looked at as irrational, radical, crazy (ie: judging all baptists based on the Westborough Baptist Church) Etc. I do love anime though. Watching one punch man, Akame Ga Kill, Hunter x Hunter, Amagi Brilliant Park, and Baccano! as of yesterday

7 답변Lol dude all anime is weird to Americans at first. I LOVE anime and I read manga at work in down time or on lunch. I started around twelve or so, I'm now twenty six. The Japanese are amazing story tellers, much better than comics imo

1 답변You know what's weird. Enjoying watching humans -blam!- and murder other humans. At least with anime you can detach yourself from it, it's a cartoon. The movie saw is weird not anime ( I like saw I just think it's weird we enjoy watching people suffer )

Heck, I watch some Anime, I'm dating a half Asian who straight up draws hentai. I'm also a 37 year old former goth/rivethead whose still sorta into what's left of the scene. Her and I both laugh about weaboos and watching anime doesn't even begin to make someone one.
