Or make this a perk on a piece of exotic gear.
Perk name:
Tether born.
Description:
Shooting shadowshot near down allies instantly revives them.
Revived players spawn with temporary increase in agility and gain an over shield(last 3 seconds) for escape purposes..
Enemies can still be tether within proximity.
Reduced shadow shot range.
Can revive more than 1 player as long as its within proximity.
Bout time we get a medic ability.
We don't need an "offensive" PvP perk for a support class.
Hunters have golden gun and blade dancer for if they feel like getting more multi kills in PvP
My opinion
I play a lot of trials and raids and I'm pretty good. (check yourself) using a super to revive a teamate would be a round changer but not a game changer. Sunsingers in trials could self res, they also have an armor buff and a lot of grenades.
At least with this super the buffs are temporary.
And it requires your super to perform something which is useless on heavy rounds and rare to see the beginning rounds.
As for pve.
Using this in raids and nightfalls can be life saving as hell.
And honestly the thought of s support class be aggressive in PvP is borderline stupid.
You should not be able to get a triple kill with a support class. That easily.
Edit:
Cozmo has replied.
"I ike the the suggestion. It would be an amazing ability in Trials of Osiris to be able to revive your entire team from a distance. Possibly too good. For now Quiver is not being replaced, it was only taken offline temporarily until a permanent fix can be applied to an exploit. Thanks for the cool idea though.
Feedback is appreciated.
But I don't think we're done here.
I say if this post post hits 5k replies bungie themselves should take this Into consideration.
Make this a perk
Make this an exotic armor perk
So bump it up.
Turn this post into a petition if we have to.

This would be a sick asf perk, I enjoyed the quiver perk but bungie had set out to make a support class. At this moment in time I feel that the hunter is almost at a disadvantage right now (and i do hate to say that). But the nightstalker is borderline support, attack at the moment and in my opinion it should be one or the other. We really don't need another offensive subclass for the hunter and that's why I was interested about the nightstalker but I really wouldn't call him a "support" class at this time. If bungie wants a support class then I think they should have some kind of distant revival, but it should still have the tether ability all they'd take away is the amount of damage it does. With a perk like that you could revive a downed ally and give them a chance to get out of the previous chaos. But if they wanted an offensive perk I would say keep quiver and give the hunter a shield while shooting, cause the firing of the bow has a long animation and your kinda an easy target when your glowing purple and floating in the air. That would give them a chance to get all 3 shots off before being offed themselves. But these are just my thoughts on it. Love the idea of changing the perk. Bump!

The whole reason I chose to main a Warlock was the preconceived notion that I would be able to heal and support. My fire team calls me John Stockton, one of the greatest passers in NBA history, for a reason. I just wanna help dammit.
