Cant be tethered. Kills me at least twice during a single super. Only hit for 14-16crits when i hit 25-27. Survives rockets. And gets a chain melee, with the largest range. Can chain lightning to four or five people to reach incredible range. And while he's chaining those, can be ambiently killing anyone that that gets cloe. Gets FoH so he can max panic and wipe the entire map. And for that matter, why the actual -blam!- are people complaining about the hammers when the shock lock is so insane. I mean come on.
