As someone who has participated in every Iron Banner since Beta (minus the one that yielded the second helm due to irl issues) I've grown to expect certain things from this playlist. Having logged hundreds of iron banner matches in total, I am disappointed with the current IB playlist. First, the rewards are lack luster. Instead of getting two armor, and two weapons, we got just one armor. If this is what we can expect from the rewards, it will take FOUR MONTHS to get the full set. Thats so lame. They tease us with this new gear, and then forced us to wait 1/3 of a year to obtain it. Sure, I'll probably get it in time, but come on. :/ The above issue wouldnt be so bad if the actual playlist itself had decent rewards. This is the first time that I've played iron banner and not seen a single exotic drop. Wow. But then again, exotic drops suck in general so far in year 2. Where is the new ship? I've seen two people get Birth of History, but the new ship is MIA. Leave BoH in year 1! New players shouldn't be able to get this ship anymore. Wtf is this laziness? Im beyond frustrated with the current IB. What are your thoughts? Edit: after reading some comments I realised that I hadn't added the stuff I liked. The weekly bounties are a great addition, and im glad the buff is automatically applied daily. The meta seems to be a lot more balanced these days. I see a lot of pulse rifles, auto rifles, and hand cannons.
