So, with the "new" and "improved" Iron Banner reward system up and running, anyone actually get, you know, anything?
I'm close to rank 5. Have played a fair few matches. Have seen the following (not dropped to me, just dropped full stop): Shit tons of lag. Two Hunter cloaks. More lag. Two sidearms. More lag. The end.
TL;DR: The "new" drop rate is pathetic. Anyone actually get anything from it so far? Like, ANYTHING?
EDIT: Here's what was actually said (kudos to Low Well for digging it up): "Game completion rewards have been reworked to be a more valid source for Iron Banner rewards. End-of-match rewards now include both weapons and armor (including items available on Lord Saladin)." So basically the exact opposite of what is happening, i.e. no rewards at all.
EDIT2: Rank 5. My total rewards, in all of my Iron Banner gameplay: ONE CLOAK. That was it. Got ONE CLOAK as I hit rank 2. Nothing else. What a -blam!-ing joke.

1 답변Anyone get or see someone get anything besides class items, leggings, or the sidearm/pulse? I've gotten two bonds, and I've seen one sidearm drop for someone else. Is anything dropping besides what he sells?

I guess what they meant is that the drop rate has not increased, but that the iron banner gear that is rarely dropped, will match the gear that is for sale. Its a load of crap really. 20 matches in and ive seen like 4 legendary engrams (npt for me) and some blue stuff without good light level.

2 답변I honestly think they're trying to run people away from Destiny. They've sold us their last DLC until the end of next year and Activision has other games they want us to buy. I know that sounds crazy but how else can you explain the horrible drop rates since TTK came out?
