(NOTICE! THIS IS A REAL POST AND A REAL PROBLEM IM DEALING WITH. IF YOU LOOK AT MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNT YOU'LL SEE WHY I WANT MY DATA.)

Bungie! My account has been compromised and now banned from PlayStation network. It had been used for credit card fraud. I've tried calling but your help line is to say the least useless... I would love to contact you on the destiny companion application but like I stated my PSN account is banned... therefore how do I receive help from you? (I've since made this account to contact you.) I've tried calling PSN about the problem but they said I have to pay a balance due to me disputing the charges of the credit card and the bank refunding the money back. I don't have the money to afford this nor will I. My account has now been banned because of this. How can I get my destiny data? Can it be moved to another account if I give the proper information? I expect a response from someone of bungie. I've invested at the Least 200+ hours into the game at the moment and possibly more. This is not a fake post this is REAL. And I'm adamant to get an answer. I JUST WANT MY DATA MOVED TO ANOTHER PROFILE I HAVE MADE ON PLAYSTATION NETWORK. THAT IS ALL IM ASKING FOR. My previous account info is as Stated:

5 답변Destiny characters are attached to your Xbox Live / PSN ID, and cannot be moved between accounts. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 If you are having issues regarding account access, you will have to resolve them with Sony.

14 답변I'm going to go ahead and say your full of shit ....you are trying to say someone hacked your psn account so they could use fraudulently obtained credit cards and buy stuff on your account. Makes perfect sense .... Glad your ass got caught.

1 답변The only way someone could've made a transaction on your account is by using your console - correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know, if you try and sign into your account on a different console you get prompted to add your card details again while signing into the network - so unless someone knew your card details I don't see how that happened Banks reverse any transaction you say is fraud instantly and then investigate, they also ask you to sign a declaration that you are telling the truth - investigations take a week or so, if they find that your statement is untrue then the money is given back to the company and you have to pay a penalty price for trying to commit fraud I don't mean to add salt to your wounds but it just seems like you purchased a game, didn't like it, contacted the bank saying its fraud, they reversed the transaction like any bank would, and now Sony have banned your account as it is in arrears - you seem to only care about having your characters transferred over which I find a bit suspicious..if I was wrongfully banned then I'd want the whole account back not jus a part of it transferred over making my transaction history and subscriptions useless.. But that's jus my opinion, bungie won't transfer characters to a new account, you will have to start over Hope the issue gets resolved as it should, and apologies if my opinion has offended you

1 답변This really sounds like a problem for PSN not for Bungie. If it were verified fraud then you need to keep pushing for PSN to fix your account.

3 답변You'll have better luck getting a response if you edit your post and add the #Help tag. That forum has actual Bungie representatives that reply to posts (besides the community managers).

1 답변explain the credit card fraud a bit more, what happened? how does it end up you owing money? if the fraud was acknowledged by Sony, they wouldn't ban your account would they?
