Can you contact Bungie with video proof of cheating in the Crucible?
Video of some pathetic cheating scum abusing the infinite Shadowshot glitch in the Iron Banner. I think we all know the in game report function does nothing. And I'm pretty sure no one from Bungie who matters has ever viewed this forum. So is there a way to contact Bungie? I want this cheater banned. Permanently.

While forum posts and videos SEEM like a great way to help with cheaters.... other than raising awareness, they don't do much to help get rid of them. Mostly due to the fact that a video is what a player saw on their console, which (sadly) isn't always a complete picture of what happened in the game and on the network (one console in a MP match is not the full story). A forum post and/or a video will NOT get anyone banned from the game. Ever. The people who investigate cheating, exploits and network shenanigans aren't cruising the forums, they won't see the thread/vid, and it's not how they collect their data.

I encountered one in rumble yesterday and asked everyone in the lobby to report him for cheating. I got a message a few hours later from Xbox live saying that they took action against him. So don't let people tell you that reporting does nothing because it actually does help.

3 답변Problem is, how can you prove someone didn't just pick up a bunch of orbs to get their super again? Unless it's obvious someone is just spamming it 18 times in a row, the smart hunters will go undetected.

9 답변they did nothing to the bubble abusers and golden gun glitchers, and I even sent out videos on top of the report function. but I understand why: it would eliminate too many players from their fan base because so many people are doing it right now. in other words, you won't get banned.

20 답변It's not cheating if they themselves are not tampering with the game mechanics with some outside source. If they're exploiting a glitch in the game, they can't be banned.

Just going to say it here since all these people seem to think they can not be banned for using this in crucible. Bungie banned people for backing out of matches in ToO. Bungie also banned people for abusing heavy ammo glitch in crucible. However bungie never banned a single person for using the crota glitch, atheon push, or the pve heavy ammo glitch. Are you people getting the picture? If you cheat in pvp and are caught by Bungie you will be banned.
