Wrote this for anyone who might face that error, since I could not find this method while I was trying to solve an issue. So I got this nasty error without code recently, didn't do anything with network since have connected 1st time long time ago, so error just appeared for no obvious reason. Game lets you pick a character, but orbit wont load. Searched internet/troubleshooted for 2 days and all solutions didn't seem to be working (restore licenses, set console as primary, reboot this, reboot that, ports forwarding, DMZ, reboot again, MTU to 1450, MTU to 1397, roboot some more, switched from wired connection to wifi and back and more...). Then friend of mine adviced to try different network, so I just wifi'ed my mobile network, and guess what...I saw my ship peacefully floating on orbit. So it was either my provide or router...<another evening of network tortures>...so eventually it was my router giving me tough time...SOLUTION: USED STATIC IP ADDRESS FOR PS4...yes, that easy (my router has a feature to assign specific IP to particular MAC address, not sure if any router can do that, but with this solution takes like 3 minutes).
