You missed a few steps. I'm friends with a dev so I know. After the blue shanks you need to dance for five minutes. Then put your game on standby (just for a second, there's no time limit on that one). Then you make exactly 4 pancakes and bring them to my house. After you clean my office for me, you will find an exotic engram. Upload it via USB to your console and it will be added to your inventory. Decode that and enjoy your new SS. Good luck guardian.
