I played games that introduced it and found the experience no longer enjoyable.

As some have mentioned, this game is very loot based. So if we end up buying everything then the game will get boring fast. Hopefully these micro transaction end up just cosmetic.
Pay2win: Using real life money so that you can buy strange coins, material, marks, legendary gear, exclusive guns, glimmer, etc.

Edit:
Well due to the datamining, it may end up being p2win soon.

It's wait times you will be paying for. Nobody sees this yet, they all think it's armor and weapons. Gotta wait a week to do the raid again? Pay 200 silver. Gotta wait a week for your exotic sword? Pay 200 silver. It's the other things, the time based things that makes the money. Look at Farmville/Simpsons Tapped Out and you will see what I mean

Nope. I don't care what other people do, I plan to play the game and earn my loot. If others want to pay money to cheat themselves out of gameplay time that is their problem. It has no effect on me and how I play whatsoever.

I think bungie has made a bad choice. An example of micro transactions would be WOW when they ran an auction house that used micro transactions , we all know how that went......... I would quit in heart beat. Honestly I'm pretty burned out, the grind is worthless, bungie screwed its fan base for every penny and has become a hunk of crap now. I reccomend stopping game play , before you invest to much time, they can't even make a balanced system anymore.
