OMG.. Realy you decided to place the SS there...
No wonder no one has it yet.. everyone has been walking by it hundreds of times daily and never payed attention it was right in front of them...staring at you every time you go to the .... ... waiting for you to walk over and point your ghost at it...omg that was so simple to find the way to start the mission and it is called
Sleeper Simulant -- The Sleeper has Awoken..
edit: to everyone taking this post serious.. you are total idiots and the reason for this post. The gun cannot be even gained at this point in the game. same as how no one could get the fate of all fools. It will not be available until bungie decides to release it. And with so many playing so much to find it they may not until the next dlc comes out when they will once more rebalance the weapons making it useless.
You have all been played as the fool.. so keep getting butthurt over it kiddo's.
