Anti Depression Group
So I started an anti depression group. For destiny and anything else. It's for any Guardian looking for people to play with others who care/understand. Anyone want to help me get it going? (Just wanna help)

If I lead something that becomes a major anti depression movement, eventually it would become so big that no one would want to come talk to me because they fear I'm too cool and too good for them. 29 답변Good words! Dad died at Christmas and Mum committed suicide 4 weeks ago. I'm autistic and have suffered with depression and self harmed from an early age. Life's just a really nasty piece of work sometimes and when your mind gets on a downer it's not simply a case, as so many think, of "snapping out of it". If I could then I would but when your mind is constantly battered by outside forces and events beyond your control, it becomes harder and harder to heal. I've also had two strokes, a car crash and other stuff so these last two years have been a real mess. On the positive side, I'm still here and hoping that mere smudge in the distance is the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Take care of yourselves Guardians!

I have suffered with mental illness, particularly major depression since I was 15, I didn't get properly treated with meds until almost 19, I'm now almost 21. I know how it feels and I'd love to help I've got tons of time to waste since mental health prevents me from doing certain things

I would like to extend my hand out to everyone who do not have a clan and those who even do to join my Helping Hand Alliance. Its not much to say about it, I made it so everyone who has a clan can join and without one. Its not a treaty between clans its made so everyone can have someone to always do things with, meaning raids, strikes, ect. Its for all platforms just like my clan and im not worried about the size in it because its for anyone who needs or wants help. I want to make sure anyone can join and leave when they want to so they dont feel like they have to be in it or they will loss their spot. 3 답변I've had problems with depression since I was 17. I'm currently 22 and have what some would refer to as terrible thoughts. More recently I've been having extreme thoughts of suicide. I have no idea why I'm even posting this on the forums but I am. If anybody wants to play with me from time to time just add me. I'm on the Xbox one and my gt is the same as my name.

9 답변Thank you for doing this. I served in the United States Army, 3 years active, 7 years in the reserves. I was a part of the pentagon rescue and recovery mission during 9/11, while in active duty. During the reserves I had pre deployment training and I was injured, went into cardiac arrest and my heart stopped for two minutes, since then recovery has been slow, I still receive treatment. This game has been very helpful for coping with the trauma I experienced in the past. It's just awesome to escape in a video game and destiny has been so great, it's not hard to do so when you play. I've had one bad experience playing, I'm not a great pvp player, and someone messaged me telling me to kill myself, not a good thing to hear when two guys in your unit did just that. So thank you for doing this. I'm glad to see people like you, who are understanding and mature.
