Any idea how I can fix this?[/quote] The VIP rewards are unlocked via a quest given by Cmdr Zavala. To get this quest you have to finish the first mission in TTK, "The Coming War," which you haven't done yet. The Suros emblem and shader should have dropped into the Postmaster for you, otherwise they will be available in the respective Collection. Both the Emblem and Shader Collections are near Eva Levante, in the Tower North (where the Speaker is). The weapons are available to purchase from the Vanguard Quartermaster in the Tower Hangar. They are 160 attack, Uncommon (green) guns that cost 1500 glimmer each. Let me know if you have any more questions.
