I deleted my main to change its looks a few weeks before ttk... I have done all the quests to get the gun, even gone back and did all the HoW quest line for xp.. just hit rank 2... so now I have to grind Petra's bounties for 3 WEEKS before I can get it... absolute bs.... rant over Edit: my issue isn't as much as that you have to be rank 3, it's the fact that there are only 3 bounties every week. If there were daily bounties, material exchange, or some other method of getting xp I wouldn't have an issue
