Is this Exotic sword quest for real....
Me and my friend searched Mars for an hour for these "rare elements" and got 0. So we tried the moon for an hour and a half and I got one and he still hasn't got one... Why do they make us do this? AND the ability kills is stupid that's going to take forever also

Go to an area and collect raw materials and chest. You can only get the special mats from raw materials. The reason you collect both is because they are both tied to the same spawn table. Basically if you open a chest it will be replaced by either a chest or material node when it despawns

It's a Koala! 9/30/2015 3:31:53 PMdepending on the element of the sword you need to farm different materials... if you tell us what sword you and your friend have, we can even tell you which :D Also, for the 500 ability kills I suggest the "The dark beyond mission" right when the big door opens and the (near) endless wave of enemies spawn.

Go to last light. Farm around until you get some helium filaments to spawn in the fallen base closest to the temple of oryx. Then once it spawns, harvest it and run towards the temple until you get the zone change to happen. Run back and harvest again. Repeat until sword.
