Kid steals military tech, fights enemy. Military decides to enroll him and keep him fighting in the stolen tech. Later on he finds out he's psychic, enemy leader(who is also psychic!) also finds out he's psychic. Both of them fall in love with a psychic woman who they accidentally kill when fighting each other.
