Bought 60 from Xür this week. I got a Telesto (already had 2), a titan Alpha Lupi (already had 2), a Warlock chest piece (the new one), a hunter Alpha Lupi, a Insurmountable Truth helmet, and maybe one more, but I can't remember what it was now. So about 1 for every 10 coins

I believe some ultras just don't drop loot and still eat the buff. For instance, oryx in the story mission regicide, the ultra taken on patrols, and maybe the court of Oryx.

In pretty sure they only nerfed them when used in quick succession of each other. Because of the people exploiting certain missions with ultras. It's like a built in cooldown. If you just use them as intended like for the heroic strike playlists etc. They work just fine.
