Fully charged the Arg rune on Tuesday and ran the fight successfully. Picked up a new rune later that day on patrol, I've since tried to kill Lts all over patrol and it never charges. I discarded that rune and got a new one and waited a day and still, nothing is charging the rune. Is anyone else having this issue where the charge is stuck at 0 / 7?
