I put up a post asking: :Lf2m for oryx cp, Know what youre doing, 295+ light.
I get 3 friend requests.
They are all below 295 light.
First 1 comes in and says "how do i do it?", gets kicked.
the next 2 continued to say the same thing.
Im not being snobby, i had only a limited amount of time to play yesterday, so dont whinge at me for kicking clueless players.
READ PEOPLES POSTS PEOPLE. IF YOU DON'T MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, DON'T SEND THEM A REQUEST.
Rant over.
Edit: my light level is 300 but im doing the chaperone quest.
Edit: some of you are stupid. I clearly said i dont get much time so i quickly need high level players. Where the hell did the "give people a chance" part come from?!

4 답변You are the cancer of Destiny LFG. The raid has been out a week, and already you're that guy that needs to be poked with a stick

3 답변I've never done the raid before. I'm light 296 with a 308 1000 yard stare. You think teams would still take me on?

3 답변I feel ya. The longest part of the raid is teaching people. I don't mind, but sometimes when you just want to get it done.. spent 4 hrs teaching noobs oryx yesterday only to not get it done. Today got a team that had completed it and finished it first try, 10 min.

Asking for 295 at oryx is fine but when there asking for 300+ for a fresh you gotta be kidding me like calm down dude holy crap and then they write like "will be kicked if your dumb" sometimes I go in those when I can feel that it's bad I talk shit then leave it's funny

2 답변Dude, the raid has only been out for a week, and you are already roasting people. I haven't done the raid yet because I don't have all the time in the world to prepare. I'm jsut getting to 290 light on one character. I play quite a bit, but not enough to have 3 290+ light characters. I'm not trying to put you down or anything, but you shouldn't complain about people not knowing what to do in the raid when it's only been out for a week. Especially people like me who want to go in blind.

15 답변You don't need to be 295+; You just need a decent sniper. You honestly don't even need that. The mechanics are not hard to explain to those who have never done it. Put them on add duty. All of your requirements are ridiculous, because the most important thing someone needs is to be able to communicate, that sort of skill doesn't come with light level. It's your group, so do what you want, but why would you raid when you have such little time? I don't like people like you.

I can not stand people who post requirements on lfg and DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS THEMSELVES. This was very prominent during trials of osiris. Example : Must be 34 flawless 3 times and K.D of 1.8 or better I will check. Then I inspected him and he had less than a 0.6 across all three characters, no lighthouse grimoire and only 1 days played in PvP.

Bottom line, his group his rules. Don't like the requirements then move along to the next group. Liars deserve to be booted. I'm totally against requirements for a brand new raid but totally respect the right for anyone running a group to set their own rules. I'm in total agreement with OP in this situation. And this is coming from someone that has not finished the raid and has not been accepted to any group I have tried to get into. Hell my own clan even waited to do the raid until a night I couldn't get on until late and took people from lfg with them.

5 답변I finished it earlier today with people below 295, had never run it before, and all randoms save one buddy. We got oryx down in a little over a hour. Required light or experience isnt always needed its a good working team that gets stuff done.

6 답변Sometimes finding a group to raid with is hard. So it's understandable that a player with the desire to participate, would try to join any group doing the raid. There are to many requirements to be met by LFG, so it becomes very exclusive. I think that's a shame. If a player put in the time to grind, why should they be excluded from a raid? If you are not willing to teach people to do the raid, then the groups that do know how to become very small, and the problem just cycles. Also, if you have limited play time, why try to raid? You don't know exactly how long it will take even with a "good" fire team. You might end up having to quit in the middle and ruin the other team members experience.
