You people cry for MONTHS on how Bungie is slow to act. How they take forever to get anything done. How it took months to get Vault space for instance.
Now they have responded to two issues (The 3 of Coin Exploit and the Black Spindle Damage Bug) in record time and now you are wallowing in puddles of tears and piss because they reacted so quickly.
You are upset because THESE are bugs and exploits that you don't WANT fixed because they benefit you.
Don't sit there and give me the "ITS THEIR FAULT FOR NOT PAYING ATTENTION SO THEY SHOULD DEAL WITH IT" excuse because you sound like a child stamping your foot over not getting a cookie after dinner when you say that.
These are BUGS/EXPLOITS and just like all bugs and exploits they didn't show up until AFTER we got our hands on the items in question. It happens all the time in games. The difference being that this time the bug/exploit is beneficial to us rather than being a hindrance. So now you people are crying tears of blood over the fact that they are going to fix them.
They are BUGS. They are EXPLOITS.
Its their JOB as a developer to fix these things regardless of whether they are "Good bugs" or "Bad Bugs".
You are -blam!-ing hypocrites.
Either you want them to fix the game when problems show up or you want them to leave the game alone when it breaks.
You people are embarrassing yourselves with your own bias. You have the weapon so OF COURSE you want it to stay at 310. Just like the Ghorn owners wanted it to remain untouched. You are so close to the problem that you are incapable of seeing it clearly.
You are stamping your feet and demanding the bug not be fixed because it benefits you and in the same breath you are demanding they take timely action for bugs that affect you negatively.
You can't have it both ways. You can't call them lazy when they don't fix something and then call them assholes when they do. You are behaving like spoiled brats and its embarrassing.

11 답변And I am embarrassed by someone like you taking up the name Coyote Stark. The death of isolation is not befitting of someone who would make post like this. Sadly the internet has presented opportunities for those, (like OP), to call themselves whatever they like without actual merit.

I wouldn't be as harsh as you are, but I'm a very measured individual. With that said I agree with the foundation of your opinion. Personally I just laugh at it. These bugs are impossible to test for for the most part. Who in the hell thought of some of these exploits...

It isn't the fact that they patched those two things quickly. It's the fact that anything they mess up that benefits us is patched immediately but yet the actual game mechanics that are bugged as hell in stuff like the raid where you spend hours just to have a praetorian take no damage etc; When it's something that benefits us their quick as hell to take it away, but yet it takes them months to fix raid bugs.

3 답변What a lot of people don't seem to realize is programming such a large project isn't exactly easy, there are many different things that one line of code can affect other lines of code. It's not so simple to fix one thing because then you might end up breaking 20 other things, so you have to test your fixes, which takes time.
-
It's very naive to think that every bug fix is as simple as changing a few numbers. Adding vault space, fixing the heavy ammo bug, all those things take time and care when fixing them so as not to break the game. Changing the numerical value of a weapon's attack is simple and just requires that the number be changed. Besides, all you people complaining just want the best rewards with minimal effort. You're not the ones for Bungie to listen to anyway.

See your argument would be valid if those two issues were the only example. Let's go back in time. Remember when the vault of glass was super glitchy? I do. Remember when people beat it for the first time? Deej made an update about it an talked to them, an said to read their guide. Their guide told us to go to the pillar away from the Templar, which they patched pretty quickly. Their guide also told us to let the higher levels get teleported by standing further back. Bungie promoted this technique and wanted others to use it. Then, they said it was a bug an needed to be fixed a month later. The glitches, the bugs that made the hard raid sometimes take hours because it wasn't working as intended, they didn't patch til this past February. We aren't pissed they fixed the black spindle or 3oc. We are pissed because that's ALL they bothered to fix, and it took precedence over the shit that's keeping people from being able to play the game.
