You people cry for MONTHS on how Bungie is slow to act. How they take forever to get anything done. How it took months to get Vault space for instance.
Now they have responded to two issues (The 3 of Coin Exploit and the Black Spindle Damage Bug) in record time and now you are wallowing in puddles of tears and piss because they reacted so quickly.
You are upset because THESE are bugs and exploits that you don't WANT fixed because they benefit you.
Don't sit there and give me the "ITS THEIR FAULT FOR NOT PAYING ATTENTION SO THEY SHOULD DEAL WITH IT" excuse because you sound like a child stamping your foot over not getting a cookie after dinner when you say that.
These are BUGS/EXPLOITS and just like all bugs and exploits they didn't show up until AFTER we got our hands on the items in question. It happens all the time in games. The difference being that this time the bug/exploit is beneficial to us rather than being a hindrance. So now you people are crying tears of blood over the fact that they are going to fix them.
They are BUGS. They are EXPLOITS.
Its their JOB as a developer to fix these things regardless of whether they are "Good bugs" or "Bad Bugs".
You are -blam!-ing hypocrites.
Either you want them to fix the game when problems show up or you want them to leave the game alone when it breaks.
You people are embarrassing yourselves with your own bias. You have the weapon so OF COURSE you want it to stay at 310. Just like the Ghorn owners wanted it to remain untouched. You are so close to the problem that you are incapable of seeing it clearly.
You are stamping your feet and demanding the bug not be fixed because it benefits you and in the same breath you are demanding they take timely action for bugs that affect you negatively.
You can't have it both ways. You can't call them lazy when they don't fix something and then call them assholes when they do. You are behaving like spoiled brats and its embarrassing.

2 답변작성자: Blackout 10/2/2015 12:48:22 AMFact of the matter is bungie seems to take longer to fix bugs that are detrimental to players' experience in the game. And immediately fix ones beneficial to us. I don't care what they fix... But fix EVERYTHING. Not just the beneficial glitches.

작성자: CLiNT EASTH0OD 10/26/2015 1:00:53 PMIn before the "so then leave/you're crying about crying" posts... But I totally agree with you... I don't even understand why people cry so much about over powered guns etc. you know what I did growing up playing games that had "OP" things in them? LEARNED TO DEAL WITH IT AND GET AROUND IT. I don't understand it's like this community wants to play Destiny in a way that everything is handed to them and easily obtained. Where the fück is the challenge???

It's not just this community, it's console gamers in general. Just look at all Bethesda games, especially their open-world RPGs, like Skyrim and Fallout 3 for example. Both contained a severe amount of bugs and glitches, which when patched would open up new sets of bugs and glitches. Yet you never hear people complain about those games. I'm not sure why though. It may be because the games are still good enough to make up for the missteps. Console gamers always feel entitled to have the developers' games shaped to their liking. I always say though, gamers have no right to complain about anything in any developers' game unless it's game-breaking or makes the game unplayable altogether. You don't like the way a game plays? Don't complain. You only paid for the game you bought. You're not paying for the constant updates that a game receives which costs their own time and money.

작성자: Noob Sa1bot 10/26/2015 12:41:50 PMOnly bugs I've complained about were heavy ammo being lost on death during the famine of early 2015, and hive disruptor screwing up white nail (and the time it took to fix it). If they don't have a proper fix for quiver within the next week I'll be rather pissed about that as well :/ Edit: Should add that I'm glad they're jumping on bug fixes more quickly than the past.

1 답변As others have stated, yes these forums are garbage and I am met with many occasions where I want to tell someone to go eat their own excrement. However... The whole "time to fix bugs/exploits" example is a bit poor. Yes, their nerfing of lootcaves, templar-pushing, crota-cheesing, and three of coins-abuse is how you manage a game. But when it comes to glitches we still have in VoG and other aspects of the game, they take their sweet time and are not a priority at all. I understand that development is tricky, and when you fix one thing you break another, but it seems too one-sided to be a coincidence. What we want is a bit more transparency and consistency. :(

It's more that they rush to fix things that don't really matter, but shortens the play time of the game. (Stats, drops and cheese) But when it's something that ruins game balance, and makes the destiny experience almost unplayable, like weapons balancing... well, that relatively simple fix takes about six months... While I agree this community can be full of shitheads... I understand the irritation with this sort of thing.
-
The problem is that they take forever to fix something that no one wants to be fixed and yet they take months to fix things that community actually wants and continually asks for. THEY can't have it both ways. THEY can't be lazy and don't fix things when we ask them to and the fix things when we don't.

I think it's an issue where bugs that negatively affect the player, the heavy ammo glitch on death being a good example, take often several months to fix, whereas bugs that benefit the player, and I don't think that you can call the black spindle dropping at 310 an exploit, it was poorly coded and tested, and thus a bug, are often fixed within a week. If both were fixed within the same timeframe, I think players would care less, but it's a bit ridiculous that things like heavy ammo are made aware of but essentially left unchecked for months and then something as simple as 10/20 points of damage which is a minor but welcome benefit is fixed within the week. Just a kick in the teeth for players, really.

I don't really care what they Nerf and fix, doesn't bother me atal. But I can see why people are annoyed. Because or a problem that makes us play more or makes it harder they don't rush about fixing it. When it benefits us they do it straight away. The point is if they can fix bugs that benefit is so quick, why can't that fix the problems that make things harder for us just as quick? That's what people are annoyed about.

작성자: Power 9/26/2015 3:21:39 PMIt's a community with many different people, there's bound to be conflict in arguments. It's just that, people who want something to get fixed, they are very vocal about it and make sure they are heard. But the people who don't want or don't care if that something gets fixed, don't express their viewpoint on why it should stay the same as much as the people with the opposing arguments. They only start complaining when it gets fixed and start to telling Bungie to fix something else that the first group likes as vengeance. I think it's just a war on the forums for nerfing and buffing things. And we're all here getting caught in the crossfire of this battle. I have come to accept this war, standing tall and taking the bullets instead of cowering and choosing a side. I can adapt to the changes Bungie is forced to make because of this brutal community.

작성자: DA4CEIZ2REAL 9/26/2015 12:49:41 PMThat's what happens when you give the "Gimme Gimme" generation a voice. Stupid, spoiled, bratty kids. Remember that one of these f*ucked up kids calling everyone n*gger in multiplayer might be president one day! Look how close we are to a racist being in a race to be in office after our first black president! Thank you last week's South Park episode for the realism in this lol
Buckle up Buckaroo
I agree, but I don't find it embarrassing. I think it's funny. I doubt Bungie takes it personally. It's expected behavior. The exploits are easy to fix, so of course they get addressed quickly. I will say that I am appreciating my fireteam having black spindle 310 in level 36 strikes. In the grand scheme of things, it's not the intended way to play the game and is no conceptually different than pushing Athens or yanking an ethernet cord (I've done both once, sue me).
