Best scout rifle in TTK?
I love Scouts; it's my thing. But, I don't yet have a legendary or exotic Scout from TTK. I love my Saterine Rapier with firefly; it is awesome but at 170 damage, it's not very fierce. I've got some Scout coming from the gunsmith on arms day, but..... Anybody have any suggestions? And how you picked it up. And perks....
*Edit* Ok. After reading about all of your Scouts and all of your suggestions I'm going to do the following:
Level up the gunsmith to 3.
Do strikes on Mars till I'm sick.
Pledge allegiance to Dead Orbit
*Edit* Wow. Didn't realize there were so many Scout lovers out there. I just assumed hand cannons ruled for most everyone (but me and a small handful of Halo DMR lovers). Thanks for all the info.
*Final Edit* OK. My gunsmith is almost to rank 3 (for Tlaloc). I've pledged allegiance to Dead Orbit and will get my marks tomorrow (for Hung Jury) and I will keep grinding Mars Strikes (for Treads upon stars). Thank you all so much for your recommendations as well as your thoughts; I'm squared away.
That being said, after 1500 plus comments, it's time to let this thread die, let my iPhone rest and get some sleep at night. Seriously, my wife is super pissed that my phone has been making the "ghost" sound 50 times a night. Don't you people need sleep?
OK. Final edit on 8/25/16: Can't believe this came up again. I have been using the Hung Jury (Dead Orbit Scout) for months. It is amazing and at 335 kicks ass. There is nothing better in the game than a single shot to the head, triggering the firefly animation. NOTHING BETTER; prove me wrong.

I have touched just about every scout in the game and at different times and situations I have used different ones but the one I find myself playing with the most is cocytus sr4 with firefly it has the impact of a big hand cannon the range of sniper and what more do i need to say firefly . It has a pair of things I could have asked that bungie make better rate of fire , and number of rounds per clip. But outside of that I love it

I would highly recommend the Mira Multi Tool. It Is A Higher damage Summary and is good in all situations. I got mine from Xür last weekend but you can get it in nightfall, England, trials, or weekly crucible bounties. http://planetdestiny.com/mida-multitool/

Tlaloc is my favorite over all the Exotic scouts but mainly because I main a Sunsinger or Voidwalker. Imagine gaining your super while having a Hung Jury with the RoF of Mida and Max Stability with Armor Piercing Rounds shredding through three guardians at once, getting a triple with the Ram helmet on, and then cleaning up the rest of their team. I know you should not run OPR while you don't have your super with it but honestly it's probably the best perk on it once you do. Then when you're at low health with the Overflow Active, switch out to your high stability sniper and get noscope headshots. Honestly it works at mid range. It's so fun to do but I don't suggest it to new players.

1 답변Check out my Cocytus SR4 ( Omolon Scout Rifle - Same impact - 61 - as Jade Rabbit and Last Extremity. It also had perks that match the Hung Jury SR4. Imagine a baby between a Jade Rabbit and a Hung Jury. Thats my weapon, with amazing base stats and Max Range with 1 range increase. Melts everything.

작성자: G Bullet 11/6/2015 7:46:53 PMInward lamp zen moment. Its super fun. Used it in hard raid yest just to see if it was applicable (in place of malice). Worked great, even oryx. Obv malice is a deathsinger go to. But for strikes in general the inward lamp stacked with a sword is awesome. That full auto on that thing is great. Its hard not to be reminded of the vision of confluence.

I use scout rifles mostly through Y1 and mostly so far through Y2 I never thought i'd find a good enough replacement for the fang from Y1 one...but I can now say I have.... I have hung jury which lots of ppl say is one of the best, and it is pretty good but... " Treads upon stars " is and great rifle, easily one of the less well known/spoken about rifles but IMO a must for any scout rifle user.

1 답변Best scouts are every scout, except the lowest impact kind. Touch of malice might be a slight exception to that. Currently loving the tuonela and hip fire suros dis 47 I got today, gotta have that dmr back.

Tlaloc (311) 8. Treads Upon Stars (311) 10. Touch of Malice (293) 11. Last Extremity (286) As I said, these ranking are based purely on stats, not perks. Tlaloc gets better stats IF you have a fully charged super, Jade Rabbit can have nearly infinite ammo, etc, etc. I've got a Boolean Gemini, DO Hung Jury, Tuonela & Not Like the Others at the moment. I'll get Tlaloc on Armsday. But imo, DO Hung Jury is hard to beat if you want to have an exotic equipped in another slot.
