This is the best post in this category I've seen. No it's not a "subscription" service but its damn well basically the same -blam!-ing thing. If half the self entitled morons read the EULA they agreed to when they started playing...well ... we still would have this problem lol
People just think because they payed for this it means they own the rights.
We have the software available to us so that we can access these items and content. None of it is stored on our console we don't own shit! If bungie wanted to wipe all the exotics we just farmed from 3 of coins they could! That's their right.
We may not be being billed monthly but its the same thing. The expansion cost was our subscription fee until the next bit of dlc comes out. They have the right to change and remove whatever the -blam!- they want!
We paid for access not for rights! We own the right to play what they have the right to change!

You're right, bungie vision is allowed to do whatever they want with their game. That being said, can you see why people who ddnt buy TTK would be mad? Just because you [i]can[/i] do something, doesn't mean you [i]should[/i] do it, in this case, bungie can and already has taken less content away from people, should they have done it? No.

I know its a big upset I know those who don't want to buy or can't buy it are upset. If you just got the original content and were still doing content that's one thing but I've been playing since beta. There was nothing worlth doing and if I couldn't afford it yeah id be upset. There is no reason not to buy it, if you like the game. If you've been playing since launch why would you not want to upgrade? Just on principal? That's just silly! If you like something get it! Why torcher yourself to make a point? Yeah I know they have done some shitty marketing and treated the community like shit. I didn't buy the game because I like game company or how they treat their customers. I don't even like halo games. Don't like call of duty. I like destiny though and cash cow or not as long as I enjoy it I'll keep buying their content. I'm sorry for those that feel they are being cheated. That sucks but life is full of disappointments. If you love and enjoy the game save some cash and buy the expansion.
