Jolly Holiday quest is crap
The jolly holiday quest is extremely hard, even though the reward for it is an exotic (the chaperone) I found it extremely challenging considering that the last word has been nerfed. Also the quest description said nothing about deaths in the crucible taking away progess... so not only do you have to get 100 kills in the crucible with a nerfed last word but you also have to do so while every death takes away a kill from your progress (1 kill = 1%) the quest progress also glitches quite a bit and often takes away more than 1% of progress per death and sometimes doesn't give you progress for kills... in conclusion this quest is absolutely the dumbest and most unbelievably impossible thing to do in destiny!!!

I fear you have misunderstood the way this quest works. You don't have to get '100 kills' with the Last Word. You just have to have it equipped whilst you slay i.e. you can use snipers, shotguns and supers (and heavies etc.) to get the kills. Also, kill streaks and medals make a HUGE difference to how quickly the bar fills up. I had one rather good game of Blitz where I got a ten kill streak and a win (and a few other medals etc) and it went up over 40% in one match :)

작성자: CapoBlue 10/12/2015 7:20:30 AMEasiest method but takes a while. Hide until you have a super or heavy and equip TLW. All you need to do is get a 5+ KS with your heavy or super(I suggest Sunbreaker). You can have a Titan buddy with WoL and use OHK snipers.

1 답변Any kills count as long as it's equipped, and even more importantly are killstreaks and other medals. It all adds up quick if you wreck

Don't HAVE to get kills with last word. I easily sniped, shot gunned, rocketed, swords, and super we my way. And the chaperone isn't too bad. I find it very enjoyable fun. (Except against invective, 4th horsemean, and auto shotguns. XD)

Ok let me give you some advice, I did the whole quest to today so I know what I'm talking about. Have the last word equipped but use heavy, secondary, and supers to get kills they add to the bounty. Also find a corner to camp and hold your own it draws people to you setting up easy kills. Last I recommend playing mayhem because of cool downs are quick and supers are quick recharge. Good luck mate! It took me like 6-7 games shouldn't take you long!

4 답변And yet i managed to get 80% in one game... i am sick and tired of trying to explain how the bounty works so i am just gona let you search it up, just so you know, you can do the entire bounty without a single last word kill.

1 답변You dont have to kill with TLW, just get kills with it equiped. you can shotgun spam if you want

2 답변Me being a extremely strong PvE player I suck at crucible and having to get a 100 kd is shit because I have tried the jolly holiday for a combined total of 53 hours and I have yet to get above 56% I think it would have been a lot smarter to get 5% for each kill and minus 2 for every death compared to 1% per kill and minus 2% for every death

Gamers, the OP created this thread 3 weeks ago. By now everyone should now that you don't even have to shoot TLW to get from 0% to 100%. Just swap in the weapon near the end of a winning match and watch your progress move only positively.
