REAL ISSUE. Xbox 360 TTK getting shafted.

Alright, as I'm sure many, many people know, people who are playing on the 360 were having issues yesterday, and for those who purchased TTK they've been mostly resolved. That was a lie. If you license transferred the taken King, you can't play it. If you bought it on one account? No one else can play it but you, period. Imagine how annoying that must be to friends who go half&shalt on purchases and split the bill? Or families, couples, etc who got the game, and expected to share it with at least one person! I was chatting with 3 Xbox representatives, and one of them (and I have screenshots) had stated that I should, without a doubt, had been able to play after the service alert had dropped. But alas, no. That was false. To make matters worse, another representative seems to think this is simply and error, as it is not prevalent on other consoles. That's might be right, but I want to know for sure before wasting my time. Cozmo, i need to know, [u][i][b]many[/b][/i][/u] need to know. Is this an error? Or a policy? https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/153798321/0/0 In addition to what was said before, I have spent much time on chats with XBL support. Some say "too bad" while a few said "this is an error, it will be resolved" all of which I have screensshotted for proof.
