If that's true then no argument could ever be valid, everybody has some sort of bias.

Not true. I could argue for something I totally don't believe in. For instance, I could argue that Hunters are the best class ever even though I don't believe that. The trick is understanding both sides of the argument and presenting them in a persuasive way.
