About infusion:
I believe you can only infuse TTK guns unfortunately, requires 3 marks some armour and glimmer but it has to be a higher ATTACK or defends stat (to get that stat on the gun you're infusing).
Why wouldn't you just use the gun your infusing?
Answer: 98% of the time just use the gun you're infusing even if it's a blue
UNLESS you get a gun or armour you really love.

ALSO: I haven't it used much at all. Only for my helmet. Use blues to infuse and dismantle crappy legendaries for the Marks.
Edit 2: got the awesome helmet from the nightfall. RNG bless, but you can get it from farming the strike
Edit three: THIS IS HUGE. The higher your light the higher your engrams light will generally be. I got a 296 blue helm that I infused with my Titan helmet! So get your light up and grind engrams

3 답변Oh wait you can infuse blues into the legendries? I always thought they had said it needed to be an item of a similar quality i.e a legendary needs a legendary infused into it with a higher stat and an exotic needs an exotic. Guess I'm just dumb then well that will make things a lot easier. Infusion as simple as it appeared to be really confused me at first.

1 답변Yeah the first legendary engram i got was 270 when i was 250. I just recently got a 290 exotic from a legendary as a 270. So light definitely affects the lvl of the engrams.

2 답변I played from 4am till 10pm with maybe 2 hours of breaks here and there and ended up at 267 light. I was 258 and did a heroic and got 2 purple engrams and leveled vanguard and that bumped me up to 267 right before i got off. I was thinking all day 280 was max but right before i got off i saw some people with 290+ blue pieces of gear.

4 답변More specific infusion question: If I have a 250 gun that I like and a 285 gun that I don't like and choose to infuse it, does my new gun become a 285? Or is the new attack power somewhere between 250 and 285?
