I bought the update. Bungie finally switched to micro transactions and made future updates this year for free. Guess I win. Thank you all for participating in my forum. Trolls... Keep trolling.
I wonder how many didn't download the update... I bet 500k or more.

Look......they havent taken any content from you. Everything you paid for can still be played. The features of the game, like ToO and IB, are not content they are features. These features move with each DLC. It sucks for some players but this is how it will continue. Paying for DLC is not a new trend. Many games in the past have done this and more will do it in the future. Most DLC packs are around $20 like our first two with Destiny. TTK is a whole different animal. It is a pretty large expansions and brought a lot to the game. IMO it was a fair buy at $40. I think overseas players got the shaft on pricing but thats another issue. Bungie has the right to add, remove or relocate any feature or content in the game. You agreed to those terms when you checked the box on the EULA. This is all really a nonissue. Get over it and move on or pay for the DLC and play the game the way it is now. Pointless to argue this here.

94% of statistics are made up. What you are referring to is endgame content. That's what happens at the end of the game. When the end moves guess what? Endgame moves to. All online only games eventually end and the servers are shut down. There are lots of games that literally can't be played anymore. Write letters to keep them up to date.

작성자: roche311 10/6/2015 1:39:18 PMGuess what there are ton of games that have stuff taken away, let's see socom 4 100% can not play servers shut down. Madden games online no longer can play except new version, past other sport games and so on. This is what happens with online games. Get over it. It it was an offline game and they took stuff away with out warning then you would have an argument, but since before beta this was know to going to happen. They said it time and time. It's not are fault you didn't read the terms it's not our fault you didn't research your purchase. Servers are not cheap they can't keep an always online game up with out money coming in. If you like playing destiny so much that you guys have to come here and act like you have some kind of case, then why wouldn't you want to get new content and cont to support the company to keep servers on. I mean what more do you have to do in the old version. You have all end game content, banner night fall, ToO are not end game content. Pvp combine well they have too, fewer people are on, matching making would take forever. Answer me this how many year old games are you still playing right now? Didn't check the date first, oh and look you have ttk now.

작성자: Zoop 10/6/2015 1:30:52 PMWhats this 30% you think you dont have anymore? Timed events are extra's (not part of the game itself), subject to change at any given time, can be added or taken away (read the tos). So what are you missing? Nightfall? Nope, timed event. Dailies? Nope, timed events. What else? Can you raid? Yes Can you play campaign? Yes Can you play pvp? Yes You still got exactly what you paid for

You can still play what you purchased. You can have fun in Prison of Elders and Crota. You can be level 34. You bought that so that's what you get. You aren't locked from anything you bought, you are just locked from what you didn't buy.

2 답변작성자: Dieselrose 9/21/2015 5:34:05 AMBought original WoW when it was released, played up to endgame. Expansions came out. Can no longer partake in endgame as old endgame isn't endgame anymore. No one wants to play with me because they are all lvl 100 and doing new content. Did not cry at all. Bought SWTOR played til endgame. Expansions came out and game went f2p. Cannot partake in raids or partake in new content or old endgame anymore without using cash shop or being subscriber. Did not cry at all. Want me to continue? Because I can. How many people do you hear whining about kids being able to buy vanilla and all 3 expansions for less than the original vanilla game? 0. How many kids do I hear crying because they bought an ever evolving online game that requires purchasing if DLC rather than subscription fee? Not that many. How many kids do I hear crying because they refused to buy such DLC and wonder why they are getting left behind? A lot. You must be part of that generation that has this false sense of entitlement. The kind of little shits that complain that they already paid to see the first avengers movie and therefore shouldn't have to pay to see the second. The little shits who purchase something at full price and then bitch when it's on sale a week later. Does your mommy still wipe your butt, kiss you on the forehead and tell you how much of a special little snowflake you are? Grow up. Welcome to life kid. It's hard. It's even harder when you are as stupid as you.

Now even though a content block from activities isn't the right way to go, you didn't buy the DLC so you don't get the damn content. Oh, and the little comment about how you're more than likely older than most of the people here, it doesn't make you anymore of an idiot than the other people that bitch about a DLC. By the way, it's a game, get your panties out of a wad bitch boy.

Well I respect your age and your opinion, however you really have two options. One is to be a sucker and buy it so you don't get behind on everyone else Two, stick to your gun and hopefully they will change their policies or price

작성자: Rune Scimmy 10/6/2015 12:16:37 PM
Ps. I'm probably older than you and make more money than you. That should eliminate the the poor/ kid comments. This isn't about money really, it's just bad business or a bad business practice. However you want to look at it. .
Haha how sad it is when people make statements like this on the Internet. Also age doesn't change income you degenerate. You can be old and poor and rich and young. Braindead monkey. Funny as -blam!- when your profile says you already bought taken King -blam!-ing retard.

1 답변Nothing was taken away from you. You can still play everything you purchased. Daily, weekly, and nightfalls weren't guaranteed content they were features.

Just quit your job, use your last paycheck to buy the DLC, then grind with everyone else. Then you can utilize 100% of the game, your wife can pay the bills and you can just sit in your bean bag chair naked eating Cheetos. Problem solved, you're welcome in advance.

2 답변https://www.bungie.net/en/View/Bungie/eula This is the agreement you signed upon initial start up of destiny. You own nothing. You are renting their game. They reserved the right to change it without notification to the user. If you don't like it you shouldn't have agreed to it. If you agreed and are now complaining you are just dumb. No one reads to terms and conditions right? Maybe you should next time.
