The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.

I got the digital collectors edition. But I didn't get this. I received the shader and emblem last week. But I got them in my titan. I transferred it to my warlock via the vault but it didn't work. I then retransferred to my titan, (I figured well something is better than nothing...) but to my surprised it wouldn't work on my titan either... WTF? So, then I deleted them thinking on 9-15 Bungie would honor what they said they would Honor... But nope. Now I don't have my Shader, my emblem, my weapon's pack or anything. And of course no help at all from Bungie...

I didn't get one of my shaders I paid for the collectors edition but didn't have room in my inventory, is there any way to get it still, I also didn't get my three exotics only got a warloc bond and a rifle, did I do something wrong. I paid good money for the collectors edition when I already had all the other expansions. Please email me back, you make it impossible to email you with problems I can give you my email if needed

How are you gonna make us pay for some green weapons that are mad weak?? Every saw the name "suros arsenal pack" and thought they'd be getting set up with good weapons for hitting lvl 40... Nope.... You shouldve made that clear bungie... For actual $$ we deserve legendarys and/or exotics... Not garbage weapons.. I've never been salty with you guys until now. #annoyed #bungie

I am VERY Disappointed with the TTK DLC i spent $80 for the collectors edition when i already owned the prior 2 DLCs and comes to find out the sparrow i got is not even as good as the ones i got from the raids previously in the other 2 dlcs, Also the ghost i got is only for one character unlike the main game preorder you could go to special mail person and add to each person. I feel very taken advantage of. on top of those issue the fact that the suros guns are GREEN like come on i spent $80 and then you guys release these items for a cheaper price, and those players got everything i got for less money and this sucker ME spent $80. So let me ask what happen to the vanguard guns as well. Are your saying i have to purchase those and the suros and guns from somewhere in the tower after purchasing these with cash stated in the pre order (you will get these guns, it didnt say you can purchase these guns) ? Come on Bungie please answer and make this right as this is very wrong of you guys to do. I am not happy with my $80 purchase as everyone else got the same items cheaper when i thought i was getting cool items for spending the $80 and when in fact i got jack and lost out and people just lol now. i did not even get anything special at all. What a cluster, bungie. Good to know. I was considering the $80 version; now, short of this getting cleared up fast, and me being able to use what I paid for over a month ago, I have to think I'll scrutinize how I spend my gaming money a little more closely next time before before investing my time and money in Destiny/bungie. A LOT of time goes into grinding up in preparation for a release like this. Almost took a day off of work for this. I know people who did. What a waste.

I can't find it either I went to the vanguard quartermaster and found a load of sh*t green guns I have to pay for using Glimmer. Not the legendary guns I believed I was buying. What is wrong with you people. Surely you realise that you could sell game content for real money and make millions. bungie just lost another vet player here. I will never pre order anything from them again. If you're going to offer a pre order bonus the very least you could do is not be misleading about it. Take your green suros pack weapons and shove them up your arse.
