Hi Folks!
I’d appreciate your suggestions for games. The only FPS I ever played is Destiny.
What I liked about Destiny:
- The controller feel when shooting
- The weapon choices
- Iron Banner
- The smooth flow of play (not always the case in PvP modes)
What I hated about Destiny (and why I have not upgraded to Taken King and want something else)
- The weapon nerfs
- Patching glitches that help players and leaving others alone
- The fact that a crappy player like me will never go flawless and get the decent gear associated with flawless runs (well heck I payed too and got killed so many times to let others go flawless!) This is actually a major issue - Destiny gives the best gear to those who need it the least!
- Trials of Osiris (in case you missed the indirect reference just above)
- The way PvP modes favor players with poor internet connection
- The way each release forces you to upgrade because options are removed or altered (Taken King as I see it is the worst so far in this regard)
So what FPS shooter did (potentially) like-minded players move on to and are happy they did?
Thanks for all of your replies (and I would be the first to state that I totally suck at PvP, so people could spare themselves the remarks)!
(P.S. I have a PS4 console)

TL;DR MGSV must have Forza horion 2 if you like cars a lot. Witcher 3 as it's GOTY material. Borderlands Castle Crashers Warframe Planet Side 2 DMC 4 remastered or whatever ESO Farcry 4 Don't know if some of these aren't on the PS4 because I have a Xbone.

Borderlands us similar but better with more pve rather than pvp and it has allot of content in the handsome collection. And warfrane is very similar to destiny with a bit of a lackluster pvp but a fantastic pve with the low price of absolutely free. Plus they tally to their community in a helpful way and don't money grab. I'm looking at you deej. And no it's not pay to win I haven't spent a penny up until two days ago and that was only to support the devs cause it's a great game.

1 답변작성자: SBJNM 9/21/2015 11:44:38 PMFirst to express gratitude for all the great suggestions here: Thank you! Then also to update: Warframe is really great and if you liked Destiny at any level, you should be able to enjoy Warframe too and being free, there is no risk. Battlefront 4 and Call of Duty are top-notch and in many ways more fun than destiny and I will express my reasons later. My limitation is that M-rated games would not be suitable for kids in my household. My son wanted TTK, so I purchased the $40 version (for us still cheaper than many of the other games). Overall, I am not at all impressed with TTK. Having ground my way through Destiny's previous iterations, finding out that my hard-earned year-1 gear has been relegated to obscurity was simply insulting. All I can do now are low-level activities and it could be a long time before I can do another Nightfall. For casual gamers, this is huge as it took me until perhaps April before I got to that point in year 1. BF and COD do much better in this department. Overall, I think Destiny is a potentially great game suffering from a bunch of jerks (and that's a kind term compared to the first that came to my mind) at its helm. I doubt its programmers and true creators wanted it rolled out this way. In case you are listening Bungie (which I highly doubt given your perceived arrogance), know that I feel that I paid you but you insulted me in return while you had a good chance to perform otherwise! Good luck with that business model!

5 답변Halo. You seem to basically like the gameplay mechanics. Go play halo. Maybe even cod.

1 답변You are basically asking for a good non-loot based FPS. Single player games are going to be what you're looking for.

1 답변Far cry 4, battlefield 4, both have great gun physics but if you have a PS3 still and don't want to spend a lot crysis 2 and 3 are two awesome shooters that still make you super human basically

1 답변There are so many fps games better than Destiny I don't even know where to begin. He'll just go into GameStop blindfolded and pick a game at random and it's sure to be better

1 답변Try out Warframe. It has a decent Destiny feel. The only thing that some might be bothered by is the fact that it's third person.
